Would give zero stars today if I could. I let the lady know what coupons I had before giving order, and she said corporate keeps sending them out but they aren’t accepting them anymore even though the expiration date is for the end of this month. That’s fine, I get it. I asked her what they are accepting at the moment and her reply was “not those”. Tried to understand that maybe she’s having a bad day, but then she kept cutting me off as I asked questions, and was just extremely rude. Then she says they are short staffed and just hangs up on me mid-question. I waited on the phone for 7 minutes before she even picked up. I’m just baffled, but going to believe she is just having a rough one. Needless to say, I’m getting pizza elsewhere this evening.
Highly unacceptable. Visited on New Year and receiving the same service and although it used to be my absolute favorite we will not ever visit again. My order was wrong, received another order. Paid, refunded, paid again and then forgot to give me the wings. The worse experience my family and I have experienced in a very long time. Never again, I cant!
I was unable to order online as it said my address was invalid, so I called and ordered my food. The woman who answered was kind and informed me of the glitch they were having with online ordering. It took about an hour for the guy to get here, but he was sweet, and I appreciated that. The food was absolutely outstanding; I got a 12" meatball sub and a cheese bread. It's also important to note that the prices were not high yet the food was delicious. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

The pizza is good - one of my favorites - but the employees can be a little slack. They play a lot when they should be helping customers and making pizzas.

Ordered a delivery tonight from Greenville St., Marcos in Anderson South Carolina got a veggie sub with huge vegetables that are completely undone not even hot must less cooked at all cheese barely melted if it weren’t for the steam. we have ordered so many times then today my husband went to place an order and was told he was banned because he was rude in June of last year!!! we have never been rude and have ordered multiple times since they claim this!! the only thing we can think is we were honest when taking the surveys. very disappointed in this company now
