The food was good and our server was great. Hostess not so much. We had a stroller with an infant and was sat in a high traffic area where someone kicked the stoller very hard. Servers walking by very quickly with hot food, drinks, knives etc. and didn't think about the alternative route which had more space and less patrons.
Went there and ordered. Felt very pressured to order quickly so ordered quicker than I would have liked to. Got burgers for my kids and chicken tenders with a salad. Chicken tenders were ridiculously small (like the size of my pinky)and over cooked/ chewy and not crispy. Ordered a T-bone steak medium well and salad and had to continue to remind the staff that we have severe lactose intolerance/allergy. First salad that came had croutons on it which we had to remove. Second salad never came, Kids burgers were very salty. Steak finally came and was terribly under cooked like almost mooing. Petty sure steaks were dipped in butter too because my wife and I have been throwing up since we took 2 bites of it. The manager almost tried forcing us to get a second steak, and was dismissive and hardly apologetic about the entire situation, didn't even try to say goodbye to us. I was very relaxed the whole time about it, and even tipped my waitress. We'll not be going back and I would not recommend it to anyone. The food is far too salty, and the cooks are underskilled for a restaurant that wants to charge 20 to 30 dollars a plate.
I ordered 2 of the Outlaw Steaks Medium Well( a thin stripe of pink). I received 2 Rare Steaks (too much pink). Had to finish cooking them at home. This is not the first time this has happened. Maybe we received the wrong steak order, but we had the correct sides.
When we first got there we had to wait, the wait wasn't bad at all. The seating there I didn't care for. Eating right next to strangers, whom I didn't know.. no privacy at all. The staff was genuinely pleasant and prompt. The food out did the seating arrangements...it was the best steak I had in a long time.
Small wait but it was worth it... really good food with great servers who helped each other and worked together as a great team
Everything was great. Service was friendly and quick. Food prepared correctly and was tasty. Thank you for bringing back the fried pickles!!! Hopefully one day Longhorn will bring back chili cheese fries. They were one of our go to when we came in.
Stopped through heading back to GA. Excellent service and food. Definitely one of the better locations. Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner however.
Came on V Day and place was packed. We sat at bar and was served right away. Female bartender was very pleasant and made our experience great..keep her around!!
Great steaks, salad, soup and the appetizer of Wild West shrimp is the best. Love eating at Longhorns anytime.
We love Long Horn. From the steak to the dessert. We can always find something that we like there. On occasion we do have to send the steak back to get it cooked a little longer, but besides that no complaints.
