First time...probably the last. We came to Anderson to eat elsewhere for my husband's birthday. Our original destination was closed, so we decided to try Logan's.We were really disappointed with the menu selection (maybe a different/more select menu for lunch than for dinner??) I ordered a burger, which arrived "open"- the top bun to one side with the toppings, the bottom bun to the other side with the meat. I go to pick up the top to put my burger together and the bun is SOAKING wet...soggy and mush. From what, I do not know as nothing else on the plate was wet and there was no noticable moisture on the plate. I brought this to the waitress' attention and she went to get another bun. It took a long time to get the bun- the majority of the rest of my party was half through with their meals. (In the waitress' defense, other than the hostess, she was the only employee we saw in the place until we were leaving.) The bun finally comes, I assemble my now cold burger, cut it in half to discover that my "well done" burger was still very pink in the middle.... long story short, we came home with two plate of left overs as myself and the other person who ordered burgers couldn't finish them- they just weren't good. This was a very disappointing first visit and the value (qty, quality, and overall experience) were lacking. We won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Went for lunch because my favorite “roadhouse” is closed during the weekdays for lunch. I had texas sized expectations & I was disappointed. Got the ribs and shrimp combo ($20.99) with a salad and baked potato as my two sides. The Baked potato was the best part. Salad only consisted of lettuce , diced tomatoes & cheese… where are the croutons and cucumbers ? Ribs were extremely dry and disappointing didn’t want to send them back because my server was already acting as if I was bothering him … the shrimp were squeezed onto a skewer & very over cooked. Just a disappointing experience. Also, the window/blind that was in my booth was very dirty. Definitely won’t be back.

Food was good, but the 1st ribeye was overcooked. They brought another one out & the manager took care of it due to the inconvenience. My wife had catfish and she said it was good. Very nice staff.

My girl's day out was great until lunch at Logans...service was terrible, the waiter no where to be found, no drink refills, waited for soup and it finally came but was cold and right out of a can. Dining room, restroom and kitchen needed a good housekeeping. No appolgies from management. Rated them 1 star for being open and tea was good. This is my first and last visit to Logans, Anderson, S.C.

The food was good. The atmosphere was bland and the waitstaff had no smiles. The food was good.

This is the 3rd time ordering here in the past 6 months and somehow they continue to get everything wrong. From the salmon and burger being burnt to a crisp. None of the toppings are even close to what the receipt says and trying to charge for items that we never ordered. Spend your money and go to Texas roadhouse

Well first time there and the waitresses were really nice, the atmosphere was amazing and there wasn't a whole bunch of people there. That being said the food was bland and tasteless. My steak was medium rare when I said I wanted well done, had to put steak sauce on it. The potatos were tasteless so I had to put extra salt on it and the Mac n cheese tasted like glue. The appetizers were ok but it took almost 45 minutes to bring in all the food and they never brought us our rolls so it wasn't worth the wait tbh. It's deff not Texas Roadhouse but I probably won't be going back.

Absolutely amazing service today! Starting at the front door with the manager, the server was outstanding (we tipped accordingly

My Porterhouse steak was delicious and his Ribeye was even better. What a good meal we had there. The salad was great. He enjoyed his fries and I enjoyed my baked potato. We had the sweetest little server and her name was Tina.

Logans to go is literally the best! I have had the pleasure of placing our order with Jessica and she goes above and beyond to make sure the order is correct and that you get all the extras that you ask for! Thank you so much Jessica for making every visit so great!
