Great place! A Family & friendly environment! I would give them 10 ?'s!Great Customer service! Dining area was super clean! Everything is so well organized and in order...You get your own drinks, free refills, napkins, sauces, silverware and any other items you may need.We enjoyed our lunch! Everything was fresh and cooked to order! It's definitely an Hibachi style dishes served! A must try if u are in the area! Its located in the same parking lot as Food lion/Subway...They really need to add a tip jar! They were amazing! Beautiful decor! We will definitely be back!
Love this place, go here all the time since they opened!! Food is always fresh and service is friendly. Excellent sushi for decent prices and their hibachi is delish.
Ordered hibachi steak rare and noodles, what I got was chopped steak so thin it had to be well done and the noodles was ramen noodles with no flavor, where did the flavor packet go, paid $63 for food that was not great and definitely not worth the price. Will never go back again!??
Friendly and quick service. Obviously everyone has their own tastes but the reviews about food being bland are not true. The food is on par with its category. It is better than a joy of Tokyo without being a fancy expensive sushi bar. A happy middle. W had miss soup. Hibachi chicken and steak with veggies and a side salad and the godzilla role. All very good and we will be back.
First of all, the phone call to place our order was so pleasant! The girl that took my order was so nice and she helped me say a few things I was unsure of, as well as, took the time to repeat my order back to me. When we arrived, the cashier was smiling and seemed happy to see us. The food is great, sushi was excellent! We also tried the yakisobi noodles for the first time and loved them! We will be back!
If there were negative stars this would win. Food is absolutely tasteless. Got the hibachi shrimp. Rice tastes like I took it out of the 5 min rice box. Was definitely not fried rice, with zero seasonings. Vegetables were tasteless and mushy. Definitely better options in Anderson. A huge waste of $45. Will not be back.
This was my first time ordering from Kobe, and we will definitely order again. We placed our to go order over the phone. It took a few calls to finally get someone, but that I feel is typical when ordering by phone most places. Our order was ready in a timely manner which is always a plus as many restaurants are short staffed now a days. Our order consisted of 3 sushi rolls, chicken hibachi, and miso soup. We enjoyed everything we ate. I will say the hibachi rice lacked a little in flavor as apposed to other hibachi restaurants we've eaten at. Is it a deal breaker no, but if you could kick up the flavor of rice a bit more than everything would be perfect.
Best spicy tuna roll I've ever had...and I've eaten ALOT of sushi. The addition of the snow crab added a delicate sweetness, and the rice was perfect. I would go just for that, but everything else is super tasty as well! Quick friendly service, a new local gem!
I’m not sure what happened while they where closed for remodeling but the food was so much better before. HIbachi steak use to have vegetables, the meals are mostly rice barely any steak, anyway for 3 meals, full plates of rice $40 and the steak is not the same either. Needles to say I could have made this myself at home and my family would have actually eaten it. They use to love it before. What a waste of a jade earned $40
Sushi options are plentiful and delicious! I have not tried the grill options but I will definitely do that next time! 5 stars!
