Ordered through KFC phone ap 90 minutes ahead of time for pick up. Got to store 10 minutes early, but was fine to wait. Was informed order could not be filled as ordered (they only had original recipe instead of the extra crispy). We asked if they could cancel the order for a refund, but no one knew how to do that. The store workers did not know anything about their mobile ap, which is a corporate problem. There was no way to get a refund that anyone knew. I would not have given 2 stars, but the manager worked with us to piece together an order to take home. But my choice was to accept the offered order or lose $60, so please let my experience caution others using the KFC ap, if nothing else.
Food and service are great. Best KFC we've had (one would think it should all be alike but, alas, no). Prompt and personable. Likely to become a family favorite.
OMG!!!I just pulled through the drive-thru and the Drive-thru personIs covered in dog hair!Now I know if it's all over her and flying off as she's moving around at the window...it's going to get in someones food. How does management not address this??? When you report to work your uniform is supposed to be clean without hair...especially dog hair. Do not eat there!!!

Terrible service.I bought 3pc meal at the drive thru and was in a rush to get home as I was starving, only to find a 2 pc. meal when I opened it.Also, the biscuit is hard.Chickens tasted like left overs.Not going back again.
The cole slaw is the best.
Over all it was good, the fires were slightly over cooked and hard over cooked edges of the chicken little chicken but in all it was good great taste and edible than other restaurants I have had
Some times fast, almost always slow.When you're a Delivery Driver, you never know!
