Drive thru slowwwwwww been sitting here 25 mins just to order and I’m the car behind the one at the speaker ?
The whole staff is super sweet and kind so much so my husband tips them Everytime we go here highly recommend them to everyone ?
The staff is ok and the foods decent the dining room however is always nasty. Now the vents have mold and mildew
Drive thru worker didn't even respond when I said hello to him!!! Rude and uncalled for... food waa decent
Employees were friendly and helpful and food was prepared in a timely manner. Plus - they were open for dine-in ?
I do not give fast food workers a hard time because I understand it can be stressful. All I asked for was a five piece tender combo and the lady rings me up for extra sides I didn’t even ask for! I asked her to fix it and she completely oblivious as to what I’m saying. Then catches an attitude because she didn’t take the time out to learn a simple KFC menu. Whoever the red haired lady is do better rude for no reason.
Some times fast.... Some times slow.Some times polite.... Some times No!Being a delivery driver........ You never know!
After moving to this area a few years ago we have given this KFC several chances to get it right. But everytime it fails miserably. Either the chicken taste like the oil hasn't been changed in 6 months . Or when you could go in the bathrooms where so nasty you couldn't stand to be in them. This last effort was met with extreme rudeness thru the drive up by trying to rush me when no one was behind me. Talking about how I needed to hurry up, with her mic on so I could hear. Said if I couldn't be speedy I needed to move on. SO I DID. We used to average eating at KFC 5/6 times per month when we where in Asheville but no more . This location needs a big sign out front saying Under New Management. 11/30/21 5:30 pm. Pretty sure the person called herself Angie at the drive thru.
Not really recommending in my opinion, there chicken was way to greasy, they didn't give our order the right amount of wings, when we walked in and told them they were saying how we ate the wings in the car and the bag shouldn't of even been open, aren't you supposed to check before you leave the parking lot incase it's wrong? Appearantly not, and they snatched it and just with the worst attitude remade it, wouldn't go back again..
First KFC that I can say has hot food and nice service and quick.
