It’s not what I expected. That’s the best way to sum it up I guess.I’ve had Jimmy John’s before in other places and not been disappointed but when I pay $6-$8 for a sandwich I hope for it to look at least like an attempt to match their advertising.The first one I ordered was so shocking I ordered another one just to make sure it wasn’t an outlier. Nope - apparently every sandwich comes with like one thin slice layer of meat, a piece of cheese, and maybe a sprinkle of shredded lettuce and tomato.The bread and chips were good, although the bread even looks much bigger or something on the ads. If there had been more meat and other ingredients I might have a better idea how good they were.The staff was friendly. Place was clean.I just am not impressed with what you get for the price.
I really wish their delivery was better. It is late most of the time and they don’t offer you any discounts when they show up an hour late. They just apologize and show up late again the next time you order. It doesn’t seem like they truly value your business.
It was good; bread was a little tough, but overall, it was a good sub. The employees were extremely nice and very helpful
Our favorite place for lunch! They are truly “freaky fast”, super friendly and their sandwiches are always constantly excellent!
They need to pay their employees more, had a delivery driver refuse to leave my food at the door as I requested until I left a tip. Don’t blame the guy just an awful experience as a customer.

2 weeks ago i ordered at drive through #9 Unwich and asked the young lady to cut it in half and wrap separate and she did it for me as i take this to a friend who is bedridden with Cancer as he can not eat it all in one time . Today i went through drive through and asked for the same thing. I was told by the guy answering it speaker they can NOT CUT IN HALF and not rap it that way for me . I asked why he repeated same . I said will just take my business some other place .Even if he said it would be extra ok but it is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE there WHY?????

I ordered from your store today and was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! To say the least!! My sandwich had NO MEAT and only 3 small tomatoes and 3 very thinly sliced pickles. I tried calling and I could tell someone answered but no one spoke. My fiancé went up there and called before he went in and the manager was answering the phone and walking off. I am VERY upset by the entire situation and will NEVER order from your company again!!!
