The restaurant is clean and the servers are friendly. We went for a birthday dinner, but we were a bit unimpressed with the food. Most of it was not very hot and the egg rolls, sesame chicken, and several other dishes were chewy and felt like they had been out for a while. We felt bad leaving food on the plates, but it just wasn't what we hoped for with the cost of the buffet. The soups were piping hot and the sushi was very good (no veggie rolls), so it wasn't a wash, but we will likely try some of the other buffets in the area in the future or come back on a busier day. (We came on a Wednesday at 5pm)
My family has been here on several occasions, I was extremely impressed with the gloves and hand sanitizer they had out for you to use. The food is good but a costs a bit much for a family of 5. We go here when we have a little extra to spend on dinner.
Honestly came here for the crab legs. Was a bit disappointed at the size, but the rest of the food made up for that. Lots of choices on the buffet. Hibachi had more choices than I'm actually used to. Gave it 5 stars because of the overall experience here. Would recommend if your looking for a nice change from burgers or chicken. Me and the wife really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
This place is wonderful. It was $13.99 for all you can eat. I visited on a Sunday, so prices could change throughout the week. There was everything I could think of and more. The sushi was on point. Everything was hot and fresh the servers were attentive. I will most definitely be back.
Lots of stuff covered with cheese. Green beans that I normally love were bland. The sweet and sour chicken was chewy. The fruit on the bar was old. The corn nuggets were old. The server cleared our table when we went back to the bar. The only reason we went back to give it a second try was because my husband likes the frog legs.
I was setting beside a family of 4 people and the server checked back with them at least 4 times, but she never said anything to me. And I noticed that there was no beef food items on the buffet, just chicken. And the soups looked like it was setting on the buffet for far to long. I have been here several other times and this will be my last time. There are other places that I can spend my money with. I wouldn't waste my time and money going here. To expensive for what you get.
One of the worst Asian buffets that I have been to. My husband and moved to Anderson from Michigan a few weeks ago. We were looking for someplace new to eat dinner. The food was pretty tasteless. They had these small crabs that were almost impossible to eat that they were passing off as "Salt and Pepper Shrimp". The waitress spilled some pot sticker sauce when she picked up my plate. It spilled on my seat and the floor next to our booth. She did wipe the bench with a damp cloth but SWEPT up the sauce from the floor. As it dried it became VERY sticky so every time I walked through it to get more food, my sandal came off of my foot and stuck to the floor. Will not eat there again.
I used to be loyal to hibachi next to the mall but they recently have greatly declined in quality and options for food. So I decided to try this place. Many years ago I felt they didn't have much but now the selection is amazing! I was full before I could even try everything I wanted to. They even have the things my previous favorite buffet had taken off the buffet. Definitely my new place to go and I won't be looking back!
We ate here for the first time last weekend, and were so pleasantly surprised! The food was great and the restaurant was clean. We will be back!
Imperial Grill is Very Good.... Again!! My wife and I haven't been there for like 2 years, before the pandemic. Their food is Excellent, Still. The staff is great and easy to communicate with. Please go there again. Thanks.
