Elia our waitress (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! The hostess was also really kind. They both were very attentive. The food was delicious as well. Btw it was Friday night on 4/15
This IHOP has the nicest staff out of most restaurants in the area. They go above and beyond to make you happy even with short staffing.
I placed an order online for curbside pick-up. I get to the restaurant and wait. Then I wait some more and no one ever brings my order out. I have to go inside to pickup my order. Why offer curbside service if you're not going to follow thru with it? Then of course since I waited outside so long my food is now cold. I ordered banana and strawberry french toast. I got no strawberries with my order so I paid extra for nothing.
If you are a breakgast location and serve coffee please stop giving customer sugar packets. This is such an incovenient way of doing this. A sugar dispenser would be way beter than having to keep asking for alot more sugar. Especially when we are 4 thay all drink coffee.
Some friends and I went to this location today to get some lunch and just hang out. While we had to wait a few minutes to be seated, the food and service more than made up for it. Our waitress, Halley, was very attentive and made sure to check on us despite being the only server on our side of the dining room. Drinks were not left empty for long and the food was superb. Would highly recommend a visit here!
We were very pleased with both the delicious breakfast and the service. I ordered the pancake combo, with 2 strawberry banana pancakes and 2 scrambled eggs with sausage links and grits. The eggs and sausage were cooked perfectly and I enjoyed them immensely. I ate the pancakes for “dessert” and loved them. This restaurant might have had slow service before but not anymore. We were promptly seated and served. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate to return, and we highly recommend this restaurant.
Good Food, Good Service for an affordable price...
Great food. The pumpkin spice pancakes were super yummy. The mushroom and spinach omelette with ham and a side of fruit with hot coco hit the spot. The staff was friendly. They were a bit understaffed, but managed to provide a high level of service. They were able to accommodate a change from hot coco to just hot water without any trouble. Overall a great, yummy, friendly experience.
Our waitress was Charolet, who was new. She was there by herself and did a great job. You could tell she was a bit flustered, but she was friendly and attentive. Most of our food was good, but one of the sausage links was still pink, and my son's French fries were lukewarm. The manager who was working this evening did not appear to help her much. She had ten tables and was also the hostess and answering the phone. The only thing she wasn't doing was cooking. She was excellent, but it was upsetting to see that the manager didn't seem to care that she was struggling.
