They really need to get some help at this store. Can management not hire anyone that can wake up before noon?? One employee seems to be the only one that owns an alarm clock that can go off before noon. Always nice and always apologies but please get them some help. I've visited this location at least 15 times in May of 2022 @ 5:30am and they are NEVER open. Even tho they should have been open for 30 min by that time i drive by 2 other locations that are open but i want hot for not cold when i get to work. Please help this location.
I used to love Hardee's, I honestly don't know what has happened to this place. The food has changed over the years from great , to decent, to I can't even eat it. And the price is about a joke really I don't see a good future for Hardee's I believe they may be signing there own death warrant. With the complete ineptitude that's calling themselves manage their.
Sandwiches were cold but beautiful. I asked for no cheese (receipt confirms it) and got cheese anyway. DH made no attempt to resolve my complaints and because my kid stated they could just take it off, we left...considering the sandwich is so cold the cheese will just peel off we could just make grilled cheese sandwiches with it.Just do any other place besides this Hardee's. Be sure to complete the survey on receipt so complaints will be logged and they will do better or be filled with a better restaurant
This is not a place I would advise anyone to eat at. On 12/21/21 at 5:44pm my wife and I visited this restaurant to eat. We experienced the rudest service we've had in quite some time. The lady (and I use that word loosely) who was working the front end didn't have a name tag but the receipt said her name was Jessica N. She acted as if she had a problem serving us. She rushed off without giving us a chance to fully say what we wanted then got an even bigger attitude when she got back to try to take payment and I told her we wanted curly fries with a large combo for one and onion rings for the other. After taking my credit card and swiping it she returned and shoved it into my hand. I can only assume she had a problem serving us because we are a mixed couple. Everyone else seemed to get better service. Of course they were white and so was she. Personal biases have no place in business, especially in the service industry. She clearly doesn't understand that. Go elsewhere and dine.
Taking back my 5 star review to one. It’s been 3 times in a row I’ve got my order completely wrong here. I’ll be sure to be that person to hold the line up at every Hardee’s from now on checking my order. Used to be the best service and fast food now it’s complete trash. 11/17/21.
Absolutely no drinks available until Tuesday 11/23/21 and was told after we ask for two different drinks and then another drink type.. then was told no drinks available but as far as respectful lady taking orders was great except the drink issues
They really need a negative star as an option. Just for rude ,nasty attitude people such as the 1 I encountered today. The first visit I shrugged it off. Today was the second time in a week. Pretty sure it was her a month ago alao. Anyway,.Ordered 2 apple turnovers and was told kinda hateful like that it would be about 8 minutes. I said no problem and then she sighed real big and told me really hateful to pull around .she started talking some kind of summin and the mic cut out. I just left and will NWVER fo back

My wife and I drove through here and got two western bacon cheeseburgers with no onion rings. They came correctly but basically all they did was stick the burgers on a bun and stick them in the microwave. My wife thought I was crazy that I could smell it but both buns smelled like when you warm up a burger in the microwave at home. The bacon was kind of limp. I was very disappointed. Even though there was nobody behind us the lady had us drive up to the curb to wait. So we wouldn't see them warm up the burgers in the microwave instead of make them fresh maybe? We won't be back.
We were in a rush and stopped to grab a bite before heading back home in Georgia. Ordered 3 burger combos. One was supposed to have no onions/tomatoes…. It did. Two were supposed to be the monster burgers with ketchup and Mayo only. We instead received 2 COLD ham and cheese and then we got a kids chicken tender which was right. We were asked to pull around to the side and waited right at 15 minutes before we pulled back around to the window bc the lobby was closed. So disappointed and frustrated bc we didn’t have time to even go back and handle it due to a prior appointment back home.
