I have visited several times of late, only because it is over 10 miles away, and the attention to detail, willingness to adjust my requests to make it work, and the food is great. The young lady on the grill and managing this location, is an asset to any business. In a time of poor service, reduced hours, and limited menus...Fuddruckers is like old times. I look forward to my new visit.

My husband and I stopped by here around 4 pm, Thursday, May 19, 2022 with the intention of dining in. There was a white, young guy (black hair, small built) who took our order. I noticed that he was scratching his face and occasionally wiping his mouth with his fingers while taking our order. I mentioned this to my husband who addressed the issue to him and asked him to wash his hands before preparing our food. The young guy did comply. I stayed behind at the counter and watched and waited for our order. There were 2 other people behind the counter, one manager, young, white woman named Sam, and one young, white, chubby guy. The one who placed our order was cooking our fries, and he dropped a pan on the floor. I immediately asked the manager to give us a refund because the guys appeared to be jesting or playing around, and I didn't want them playing around with our food. The other white chunky guy who was scrubbing the grill got upset and started yelling and cussing at us. He stated how he was tired of these (censored) customers complaining and making it hard for them?!!! He was very proud and arrogant, and he doesn't need to work in a restaurant if he doesn't know how to show respect for the customers or himself. The manager told him to hush or to be quiet, yet she didn't have much control over his loud, forward mouth. It is most likely we will not return to this location nor recommend this place to our family or friends.

Horrible experience. Food was good but atmosphere was just terrible. From the time we sat down, till the time we left, all we had to listen to was a vacuum cleaner. Dude literally left the vacuum running while he bussed the tables. I couldn’t even have a conversation with my wife. Not to mention the temper tantrum he’s having while Slinging the paper towels on the table, and just really aggressive body language and behavior. Dude was literally having a meltdown. All while his buddies in the back are laughing and staring at him make a fool of himself and fuddruckers Prompting other customers to get up and leave. . It was very rude, and unprofessional! Where was the leadership ?I Wont be back! And will advise others the same.

So glad to find a Fuddruckers on our way thru, best hamburger and service was great!

Fuddruckers is an all time favorite when it comes to great food with a great atmosphere. From the greatest burgers with fresh self serve toppings and dressings to the arcade and classical decorations this is one the best franchises to stop and eat!

Can I say that my visit was not perfect but the food was really, really good and the young man in the bakery went above and beyond. Very professional, friendly and genuine. This was the best service I have ever had in a burger joint. My new favorite burger location. Love the desserts too. Would give more stars if I could.

This is our usual stop when leaving Clemson. No line to order. Food is fast and really good. Big enough to have plenty of seats. Right beside I-85 so easy to get to.

Very expensive to eat there.

Clean and very friendly staff. We loved Chris. The food was hot and tasty. Not too crowded on the night we went. Staff made sure there were clean tables.

Again did not disappoint. The cookies and brownies are on point and at a great price. And to the guy bussing tables and walking the sitting area, this guy needs a raise Fuddruckers. As he is cleaning he was asking all tables how they were doing if they needed anything if he can take anything for him and not just once, he asked us easily 3 or 4 times, thats great to know cleanliness and great customer service os a priority here.
