Fresh Burger was recommended by several people as a place to get a great burger so I decided to give it a try. Thankfully, I wasn’t disappointed! They have a variety of burger choices and mine was indeed, fresh. I was forewarned that I would likely need to wait a little longer than the average fast food joint’s wait time because their food is made to order. That ended up being true but it was worth it. My burger and fries came out piping hot and the service was great. Also, they have much more than burgers and the menu is reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed the food so I feel good about recommending this restaurant. Hope you enjoy it too!
First, the burgers are fresh just as they name says. Made fresh with fresh meat. 6oz. Burgers make it too. I tried the double this time to get a sense of the burger before I dive into the other options. They have several that I will try. They young lady at the counter was very pleasant to work with. Read back the orders in a fashion that made sense so I got exactly what I thought I ordered.
I hate to leave bad reviews. If you look back at my review history, they are all good reviews. But this time just can’t be helped. My husband and I went to the Fresh Burger on Shockley Ferry Rd today. Walked in the door at 12:23pm for a carry out order of two cheeseburgers and two orders of fries. Nothing else. Did not leave the parking lot with our food until 1:04pm. I understand a small wait and we normally try to be patient with that. But a wait that is almost an hour for a burger is absolutely ridiculous. When we inquired about a refund after 30 mins of waiting we were told they were already working on our order. Do not come to this Fresh Burger unless you plan to wait a ridiculous amount of time for simple cheeseburgers. We will not be back with the possibility of having to wait that long for food. They aren’t even bothering to tell people how long the wait will be and are just taking orders even though they are 45 mins behind. Definitely one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Then we got home and the order isn’t even right.
My family went to your Anderson SC restaurant this evening. I'm really upset with the meals we received. My granddaughter ordered a grilled cheese and it was two Burger bottom buns with 1 slice of cheese. My wife and I had wings and burgers the salt was so thick on every item. We didn't bother talking to the woman who was in charge. Because she was pissed off because none of the soda machines worked except for Coke. And and she was complaining of working a 16-hour shift. On top of the soda machine's not working the my granddaughter was forced to order the horrible grilled cheese because the chicken tenders were not in stock. Between my daughter and her daughter and my wife and I we spent almost $90. And unfortunately we were told the computer was down so we couldn't get a receipt. And to make a perfect miserable scenario worse. My daughter and my granddaughters meals were delivered 15 minutes after my wife and mine. Because the woman took the money but never placed the order. I really really am appalled not just at the quality of the food but the attitude of everyone working there. There was never even an apology about the food being late.
We enjoy burgers here. The lady seemed to be by herself, manning everything. She was very pleasant. Yummy big burgers- good variety of choices and hand done fries. Good prices with indoor dining available.

Food is wonderful. The staff is rude and it is always like you are a bother to them. We are use to having to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour for the food, even when it is called in 30 minutes earlier. This would be a wonderful place to eat if they could figure out a way speed up the process and hire friendly workers. I am fully aware of the staffing shortage every where, you have to take what you can get now days.
Always have a great experience, and the food is delicious. Have to give a shout out to Sloan the general manager. She runs a tight ship and definitely look forward when I place an order and she working. She's the best. I think I have tried every burger on the menu and they have never disappointed. Keep up the good work
I got the deluxe bacon burger. It was pretty yummy! It definitely tastes fresh!The burger is a good size! And I got lots of fries They could’ve used more of a crunch.Also, it says on here, they have milkshakes. Idk why, they don’t.
We went for the first time tonight, and the burgers were excellent ‼️ The fries were very disappointing though. They were real fries, and they were very over cooked !! The meal would have been perfect except for that and I know they cook your order when ordered but it was a little too long of a wait . We will go again .
