Freddie's has great food, but they have employees who do not care how they run their job. I was in there one day and 2 guys were hanging out the drive thru window talking to a guy. They guy was trying to pay for his food and the one guy kept telling him that he didn't have to pay. No one offered to help me while they were playing and giving food away for free. I would like some free food. I finally asked who the manager was and the young white guy said, I am one of them. Which was one of the guy's hanging out the window giving food away free and letting me stand there and not even know I was in there. The music was HORRIBLE. Not a normal Freddie's that I am used to. The next day I went back different employees. It was pick up time for my order. The girl told me that she had 3 large orders a head of mine and she had NO IDEA how long mine would be. They are going to wind up shutting the place down if it doesn't get any better than it is. They need employees with responsibility and management also. I was a food service supervisor at Perry and I never had any inmates run a job as bad as these employees did. I take pride in my job. The manager or owner needs to put up cameras or check the cameras. It it Absolutely HORRIBLE they way it is being run. I have been in there on Okay days, but I haven't been back since this past two experiences.
For a $4.45 upcharge from a regular order of fries as part of a combo you would expect there would be a large quantity. The amount of fries is about equal to that of a medium McDonald's fry. Over priced
REAL HOUSEWIVES BEWARE. Do not eat here unless you want to have the health concerns of someone who stars in TLC's My 600 LB Life. Over priced, under served & over greased. Forget SAVORY & JUICY, the food here is SLOPPY & WET. And if you're looking for good french fries, look no further than your closest McDonald's. Any undercooked potato with no flavoring, made in the morning and heated up at night -- would suffice better than the ones served at Freddy's. To end things on a lighter note the food here would be perfect for making slop
I ordered the California burger and they gave me a regular burger. It was rung right but still wrong. I get that they get busy and may be short staffed but that’s still no excuse to get the order wrong. They need to pay better attention. This isn’t the first that they have messed my order. I definitely will not be back
2 separate visits I've ordered the mini brownie sundae. They gave it to me with vanilla custard instead of chocolate. When I questioned this AFTER it was given to me, I was told out of chocolate custard so they used vanilla and put chocolate sauce on top. Shouldn't customers be asked first if that's ok?
Absolutely delicious establishment with great service! Great experience and brownie concrete is BOMB. STEAK burger is delicious as are the seasoned fries
I live in Charlotte, NC but I was in Anderson for a lacrosse game. This was a little over a week ago. My family and I decided to stop by Freddy’s because I’ve never been to one. The food was great but the experience we had was hands down amazing because of your employee. Her name is Erica. Not sure how to spell it but we absolutely loved her. Her customer service was above and beyond. I wish we had more people like Erica working behind registers. She was such a sweetheart and just over a genuinely kind and happy person. I’d say she’s the representing face for this restaurant:)
I can't decide if I like the fries or the custard better, they're both delicious! The people are always super friendly and remember us even though we only show up every couple of months. They might convince me to come back more often...
An excellent burger restaurant. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Only complaint th chilli was excellent in taste and ingredients, but could have been a touch warmer. Had the concrete for dessert and these were just excellent ?. Prices were very reasonable. This was an outstanding experience, and we will be back
2nd time being to Freddy's and it has exceeded my expectations the food was good and hot the dining room area was very clean and the staff are just so amazing I met the Manger randy at this location if I could give him a ten stars I would I will be coming back to Freddy's very soon
