The girl taking my order had a horrible attitude and one of the male workers had long, greasy hair that was not pulled back. The poor manager/shift leader with the orange shirt and beard was the only one working, and had to stop what he was doing because the 3 people on the line obviously couldn’t handle more than 2 customers… It’s sad to see how the quality of this restaurant has severely declined.
We came in for dinner and this place was filthy. All the tables were dirty and the floors were absolutely filthy . It was 6pm and there was 2 other people inside. No reason for the filth. One of the workers in back handling food had long hair and wasn’t pulled back… the workers were to busy playing instead of working. We won’t be back
Very unprofessional. Six people behind the counter and they're all just playing and talking over everyone's order. Not sure why there's not a manager on duty. Had an online order that was not ready.
Great service. Food is wonderful. Past two times when doing an online order, our orders haven't been correct. Items missing off sandwiches.
Food was fine and I really used to enjoy coming in occasionally. But I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. I was eating lunch with my aunt, whom I hadn’t seen in a while since C ovid and we were talking. The guy who works at the front must have known my aunt because he came over and said loudly about me, “Is she ever going to stop talking? Does she ever come up for air? I’m watching y’all and she doesn’t even breathe!” And I was mortified. I was so embarrassed I felt like crying but didn’t say anything and laughed it off. It’s taken several months to realize that what he said and did was totally not ok, especially since I didn’t even know him personally. I’m a stay at home Mom and I rarely get time to myself or out with family. His comments made me feel self conscious and I don’t think I’ll ever come back.
It was great fast service and grinder was very tasty and gud. Ty.

literally the worst service ever . i’m not one to complain as i work in the food industry as well and i know it can be stressful, but this anderson location has SUCKED recently. the past FIVE times i’ve ordered over the phone they have forgotten all of the extra items i’ve asked for even after me specifically saying pls don’t forget . today i placed a pick up order & the lady answered the phone very rudely, and just said “hello”.. no introduction. i wasn’t even sure i called the right place . upon arrival , i asked for extra pickles , meaning the pickle spears that come with the subs. for some reason this confused them.. and the lady went to ask her manager about extra pickles, i nicely piped up and said “just the pickles that come normally on the side please”, in an attempt to clear up what i wanted so she didn’t have to get the manager involved , as it was a simple request. she then VERY loudly and VERY rudely , in front of the whole store , says “EXCUSE ME CANT YOU SEE IM SPEAKING TO MY MANAGER??!!!!” .. i was so embarrassed! she acted as if i was complaining or something.. i was just trying to help her clear things up! it drew attention to me immediately and it was so uncalled for. something needs to be done about this, and past experiences. l will need a corporate number.
We ordered 2 Heros to go. I requested them with black olives and banana peppers, 1 toasted and the other extra toasted. Neither were toasted and they were actually soggy without the olives or peppers. Very disappointed and doubtful that we will return.
Staff at this particular location need an attitude change. Completely rude, and you can tell they just don’t care about their jobs.
