I will not be going back to this location. The staff has a major attitude problem. I did a mobile drive through order and when I got there the line was insanely long and not moving! So I went in to pick up my food that was ordered 20 mins prior and the guy mumbles and says “You have to go through the drive through if that’s the pick up method you put.” I said “okay well I see my food and drink sitting right back there and I sat in the line for 20 minutes.” He continued to complain about them being too busy and so on, so I said okay and left. Is it that hard to walk 10 feet to grab my order if I decide to come inside instead??? I will not be back there.
Ordered the bacon and there was literally 3 pieces in the bag! This is a pic before we ate them!
I love me a good Dunkies iced coffee but not from this location. I’ve stopped going. The coffee is so watery tasting, it’s not worth the stop. So sad as it’s the only Dunkin in Anderson.
We desperately need a new Dunkin location in anderson! It’s always been hit or miss with this one but the attitude of the staff is awful now! Lady running the drive through yelled at the customer in front of me for asking a question, and then proceeded to yell at me when they were out of what I wanted and I asked if there was anything similar I could order. They’ve always struggled with running out of food super early, and now they seem to struggle with being polite to customers! Very disappointed. Won’t be back.
Great breakfast sandwiches, cake doughnuts, and, of course, coffee. Reasonably priced and open earlier than most.
I went to this Dunkin Donuts with my daughter for munchkins & the lady on the speaker was EXTREMELY rude! She said she could only sell 10 munchkins today so we said ok, can we get 2 ten counts & she said no, very rudely & no explanation if why! Not very good customer service or service on Dunkins part! We went to Krispy Kreme & got what we wanted. Do better Dunkin!
Took forever to get my items, the sign said hot chocolate and the girl said they don't serve that... Then why the hell is it on there? Not a good location.
I give them 5 star because the ladies and gents here works so hard everyday. You can just tell that they give their best everyday to cope with the rushing morning working customers. They always have a long line in the drive through and inside the store before 8am.Aslo, I love their coffee and my usual, bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. <3Plus, they open early, around 5am. I go there after I finish at the the gym. at 5:35 AM.
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The team member taking my order was not in the least bit pleasant and then when we arrived at our destination and tried our drinks they were completely wrong. I looked at the receipt and they weren’t rung up correctly and even weren’t correct per what was rung up. We drove back to the store but missed the 30 minute window to remake our drink. The worker was screaming at me and telling me to look at the color of my drink to prove it was right when it was no where near correct. We were supposed to get two peppermint mocha lattes which come with whipped cream and syrup and were only given regular lattes.
