After being hung up on twice then finally getting a employee to talk to since the manager obviously refused to help me correct my 40.00 order that I paid to have delivered I was informed that the cinnamon twist that I paid 6.99 for was not sent but garlic twist that was delivered instead and the cold pasta would not be resent that they would remake it but I had to pick it up myself which is a major issue since I am legally blind and can not drive at all. after informing Stacy the rude employee that hatefully spoke to me of me being blind and unable to pick it up myself I was told that they will remake it but I had to pick it up myself then hung up on me I have never had such poor service from any establishment and these employees need to loose there job especially the Manager that was too sorry to even deal with a customer that spends hundreds of dollars there a month. I asked when the owner would be in and the employee Stacy said tell me and we will both know. I've know the owner and his family for many years and this is not the way they do business these employees should be ashamed of disgracing such a good family as they just did
About a year ago I would have rated low but they have made some great changes lately. No more burnt or dry pizza the only thing I'd change is the wings. Find a new way ?. I shouldn't have to recook straight out the box but they have been great lately. A driver even went back to get my sauces after it was left out and was very professional so I love this location. Don't understand some of the complaints I read but to each their own . Honestly really good pizza and quick delivery
I have ordered from this Dominos since they opened. They switched their phones to an automated system and haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone in months. Called today and the automated system says it doesn’t deliver to my area, I live 5 miles away. It was never that great, but now more reason not to shop there. Guess we will start using McAdams, they deliver!
Completed online order at 7:50 pm. Order sat in quality check for 30 minutes. 8:56 pm and order still not here. I live 7 minutes away. Sad what customer service has come to. Definitely DO NOT recommend! Unsatisfied customer
Once again you can’t call in a pickup order without something WRONG absolutely the WORST Dominos hands down!
Good pizza, but sometimes and the people taking your order get it wrong. Delivery is very fast. Much faster than they say.
They are always so nice and my orders have ALWAYS been on point!! And the prices are unbeatable...I am feeding 2 adults and 4 teenagers for under $50!!
Someone's it's great, someone's it isn't. But thanks female delivery drivers( I've only seen two and it was unpleasant on both occasions.
Ordered 2 pizzas Tues Feb 8, 2022 on line. Delivery was GREAT! All wonderful until I found a dark hair baked into my cheese pizza. Went to the store in person the next day and brought it in"Danny" said I should of called that night it happened! WHAT?? I said I thought it would be better if I brought this to you In person--she kept saying you have to call the day/night it happened!.Granted---I am not looking for anything free-I just thought they should know how disguising it is to find a dark hair cooked into your pizza!I have since contacted corporate--to let them know.After reading numerous Dominos reviews--can't believe they are still in business! I have lived here more than 15 yrs and this is the 2nd time ordering from them--guess I knew something!!!!Stay Away--if you are smart! If there were MINUS stars--you would have them from me!
