the delivery driver in the toyota avalon with several stickers on the back pulled into my driveway blasting mario kart 3DS music at max volume. I told her to turn the volume down so we could complete the transaction and she loudly exclaimed “WHAT” multiple times and proceeded to increase the volume. overall i was pleased with my delivery and service
I ordered 1 pizza and 1 order if lava cakes and when I got to the pickup window, the man tells me to pull in a parking spot, it would be about 10 more minutes. I waited and waited and ended up pulling back to the window 2 more times about 20 minutes apart. Finally after it had been around 55 minutes total, I pulled back up and the lady tells me it's still not ready so I asked her when would it be ready and told her it was supposed to have been ready at least 45 minutes ago, she says "well I can't help it it's still not ready"! So I asked for a refund and she called a manager over to do the refund. The manager didn't even acknowledge me, then the lady tells me that my refund was issued. It's now been about 30-45 minutes since I left there and there's still no refund. They never apologized or anything. They were just acting hateful from the beginning. I will never go there again but I want my money back. It's not like I had an hour to sit in the parking lot!!
Usually have no problem with this store. But, tonight was different. My order left the store at 1247, and was marked delivered at 116 am. I called the store and was on hold for 30 minutes. The lady named "Stacey" that answered the phone was VERY rude, and said the driver Hanah had multiple orders and at one time literally said oh my God when I tried to explain I haven't got my order. Here it is 205 A.M., one hour and 18 minutes later and still no food. It looks like I'm not going to get any either! I will definitely be calling the corporate office tomorrow or Monday.
unless you like your pizza smelling like weed and the delivery person stoned out of his mind then by all means try them. if I didn't have 4 of my kids with me I definitely would've refused it. I will close my business and go elsewhere from now on.
If I could give a 0 I would. Specifically asked for wings to be run through twice so extra crispy with an actual live person not through the automated service. Not only were the wings barely cooked the pizza was also. When we called to complain the punks that worked there gave us a bogus name of “BJ Lawless” and said they were the district manager and this store is a franchise so not even a district manager for it. Corporate is BS also because when we called them to complain about the store and wanted a refund they assured us it would be expedited. It’s been 2 weeks. I will never order from Domino’s again.

I placed an order for delivery and the lady on the phone told me 35 minutes. I called back 50 minutes later to check the status and a man in the background was VERY RUDE. When I received my pizza the crust on 1 slice was pulled off and placed on top of the pizza, the pizza was warm NOT hot. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!! HORRIBLE Service, I will never eat Dominos again
I ordered a spinach feta pizza which comes with no red sauce, spinach, feta cheese and onions. That’s not at all what I received and the women that originally took my order was taking deep breaths on the phone like she was annoyed before I even told her my order. I called back to tell them my order was wrong and the person on the phone gave me an attitude and I was told if I want the new pizza I have to give them the old one. On top of all of that the guy that delivered my pizza gave my neighbor his and walked off without giving me mine until I called out to him to ask him where mine was. This was the second time They have completely disappointed me. The first time was worst!
These guys rock!! I order 2 or (sometimes 3) times a week from my Domino's. My order is always hot & delicious! Kudos!
Nasty cold pizza took too long to arrive. Never leave a tip, just stay away.
