waitress rude on there special you could only have it with scrabble eggs and cheese no just eggs cannot eat cheese eggs had to be scrabble
One server, one cook. One kitchen assistant. People waiting for pick up order. Others waiting for food. We didn't even get offered drinks. Waited a short time observing, WALKED OUT. More people standing waited to be seated, ignored.Another restaurant down the street got our business. Sat immediately with friendly greeter. Waited on immediately and food delivered hot and in a timely manner. Sorry you lost this customer and friends today.
There were 9 of us tonight yes they were busy. Only 3 people working and one waitress was New. We all ordered except for 1 my order was the only one not on the order with everyone elses.I ordered 2 orders of Cheese sticks. And I also had the country steak and gravy it was not worth eating and when I said something nothing was done other then they told me they didnt like it either and I think this was a manager I am not sure. Well I also ordered. The pancakes bites or something like that. That I was bringing home and did not get them. I have tried to call them back to no avail and I going to be as honest as I can be. For my order to be 38.00for myself that was out ragous and I still didn't get all my order I won't be back at all.
There were two people working the day we visited. It was busy, but not slammed. The place was the cleanest I've ever seen it. The food was cooked perfect. Service was great. It was the best visit I've ever had there. My compliments to the two ladies working that day. The manager cooking and the young lady doing everything on the floor!
This place is falling apart and the service isn’t that great and the wait time is the worst, their was one lady that had a togo order that she had ordered before she got there and still had to wait 45 minutes when she got there and the dining room floor was discussing like I’ve never seen anyplace that had so much dirt and food all over it and including someones random sock and then it took them forever to just come get our drink order and even longer to come get our food order and then after we got our food we still had to wait on the waiter to come back inside to get her attention to get our check so we could leave and then the mens bathroom is a complete wreck it is literally two different colors like the trim work is one color and the actual wall color is completely different and the stalls was nasty and it smelled awful I didn’t even want to go in there. Someone from corporate needs to come fix this place up and get them in shape cause it was disgraceful in there.
My fiancee and I was there service was bad waitress was rude and disrespectful. Food wasn't hot. had to wait in line when we came in the door. In the process 4 people left that was standing there. When we were done had to wait for our check. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!
Food is good most of the time. My husband and I used to go every morning for the $2, $4 and $6 breakfast. But they decided to be greedy like everybody else and they don't have that anymore. Service is so so they always seem to be hiring new people who don't know what they're doing. And for what you pay these days the wait on the food shouldn't take so long, especially when there's not a lot of people in there. Denny's has gone way downhill. I decided it wasn't even worth going to anymore. And if you're wondering which one I'm referring to the Denny's in Anderson. They've pretty much lost my business. I could tell you about the other problems we've had but it wouldn't really matter half the people don't pay attention to the reviews and the other half don't seem to care especially the corporate office. If you're looking for a 5star 3 course meal dinner go somewhere else. Don't walk in dennys expecting anymore than....dennys lol. I think the food is on par for the place and the late night customer service has been great both times we have came. I love eggs Benedict and can never find it on a late night menu so that's a plus for me.
Stressful! Took 10 minutes before we even saw anybody at our table. The hostess was downright rude when we asked about service. The food, we had breakfast, was just okay for me but my wife said it was good. Will not be back, would not recommend. Note: it was a Sunday morning and their staff was limited but all it takes is for the waitress to show at the table and recognize we're there.
I usually love Dennys food, that’s why me, my wife, & child come so much. But the wait on the food is ridiculous. These last 3 times I’ve been ready to walk out by the time our food comes. My wife’s whole meal was gross this time, pancakes were gross & bacon was burnt. The last time we came we waited even longer because we were sat & our waitress never come, the one who sat us (after looking at us each time she went to her tables finally took us) If we do ever eat from here again, it will be to go so we can wait at home. They need more/better cooks & servers. (I don’t wanna hear about being short staffed bc when I called about a job they said they only need 3rd shift people)
