They dont even deserve one star. This place used to be good but now they skimp on all the ingredients. We got chipotle delivered the other day and the guacamole was brown and looked like it had been sitting out for a week. Never going here again. Gave them one final chance today amd stopped by firehouse subs on the way home. Refused to put that junk in my mouth.
So I'm not sure why but this Chipotle didn't taste Chipotle-ey enough. It was weird, each individual item tasted fine by itself but not as a whole. The chips seemed thinner than normal as well. I let it sit overnight and I ate it in the morning and it tasted amazing. Maybe my food was too fresh and it didn't have time to marinade. Idk. But the restaurant was clean and the employees were very nice. Sauces were full. We sat outside and it was great.
The girl at the register was super rude to me and the queso tasted odd like it had some sort of old grease in it. No bueno.
Not a bad meal but an awful tortilla! I think it was for last week ?

Only 2 stars because I feel 0 or one is inedible. You can not get a quesadilla inside? Only if you use mobile order. Customer service the last 2 visits was horrible. I will NOT go back again.
Fast service. Tasty food. Choice of items. I chose the steak, which was not as tender as I expected. However, I will go back and try a different meat.

A case of incompetence and poor business sense has struck this location. What used to be a routine place to eat for me and my family has become an avoid at all costs. The staff is bumbling and cannot seem to figure out the flow of burrito making. Evidently 3 hard shell tacos no longer fit in one container. Not to mention the most ridiculous new policy I have ever heard. My daughter likes the adult sized cheese quesadilla. When this item is ordered the response is "we cannot make that for you it can only be ordered online". So, let me get this straight, I could stand here in front of you, get on my cellphone and order a cheese quesadilla online and you'll make it, however if I order a quesadilla by asking you for it you are magically unable to make it? Idiocracy isn't just a movie it is a documentary starring chipotle.
My only complaint is their sweet tea taste like paint water ?? Everything else tastes delicious besides their sweet tea
