I love chicken salad. If i don't have time to make my own, i will definitely get it here. They have so many different varieties to choose from so everyone is happy.
Wasn't exactly sure how to order just chicken salad to-go and what choice to make (so many yummy sounding options). A nice young lady, Sabrina, helped me through the process and allowed me to sample the two I was torn between. She was so sweet and the Sassy Scotty chicken salad was so delicious.
I am not a big fan of chicken salad, hence the mediocre rating, but the place was okay as chicken salad goes. I did feel that they were priced a bit on the high side for what you get. And I recommend the pimiento cheese - it is actually pretty good.
Man, this is our go to place for lunch. They have the best chicken salad around with all different varieties of flavors to choose from. The staff is always kind and welcoming. You guys are the best!

Sassy Scotty is my go to! A little on the expensive side but the cookie and excellent service is amazing! My mom and I loved the cookies so much we ordered some from the bakery! The workers were so kind to show us the website to order. Wish they had more soup options in the winter!
I was a fan of this particular restaurant until recently. It’s been several times that I’ve revisited and have been disappointed the last few times. This time I got a takeout order and was sadly disappointed because the chicken salad I received had multiple chunks of cartilage in it. Thankfully it was me and not my grandkids who were eating this. This absolutely needs to be addressed!
When Chicken Salad Chick advertises itself as a place that you just want to hug, it is not only accurate but is a severe understatement. Chicken Salad Chick has phenomenal, mouth-watering menu items, witty and contemporary décor, an ambiance of gentle southern hospitality, and an emphatic emphasis on customer service. One person in particular who not only expresses my previously listed values, but exceeds them to the maximum, superior, and supreme degree goes by one name, Kinsley. If it is not the feat of attaining the prominent title of shift lead at a young age that proves her meritable maturity, then perhaps it is her work ethic. Kinsley is one of the hardest working shift leads I have ever met. She is there every time I visit the establishment, day and night. I cannot imagine how much she works to attend such a coincidence, but I can imagine with how much I see her she must take her position seriously. If I had a restaurant and I needed one employee I could count on with my entire business, and even my life, it would be Kinsley.
I went to Chicken Salad Chick for the first time today. I got the Fruity Fran on Wheat toast with their baked potato soup. It was good. I agree that almost $10 is a bit pricey for a sandwich and a side, but food prices have risen on almost everything. AND they gave me little cookie with my meal. I will eat there again.
