Drive thru, fast friendly service, order correct with requested condiments ! Always hot, trusted good food no matter what you get! Only downfall is price's! This was occurring before price increases of Pandemic and inflation in 2019. And I never get a survey code to receive a $1 off anymore nor surprise app free rewards ie...A Chick-Fli-A near my Location use to pop-up free ??? Just because. Not your points, offer from franchise owner.
Today makes 3 visits in a row to this specific location of a wrong or incomplete order. Order was repeated back to me 3 times but still left stuff out of bag. Live too far away to go back. Just disappointing to know that Chick-fil-a is one of the best fast food places to get your order fast, but this location just can't seem to get it right when we visit... Wasted money..
What can I or anyone else in Anderson have to say bad about Chick-fil-A except how long the line gets in the drive thru but actually that would contradict that being bad seeing lots of cars and people that are willing to wait a long line "that really doesn't take long" i personally know it's worth the not to timely wait especially with all the beautiful smiling faces and really helps get your day off to an amazing start when you receive a piping hot juicy tender perfectly seasoned chicken Fila on those sweet delicate buttery biscuits and it all being handed off to you by the most pleasant greeting and compliment will turn any cold stormy days into sunny rays of warmth healing comfort! We had to go through the drive-thru because the inside of this Chick-fil-A like many others LOL are always packed. I do not have any stock in Chick-fil-A although I wish I did because I'd be a very rich man. Anyhow my brother my sister and my nephew were with me that day and the food was phenomenal from the sandwiches to the chicken tenders and of course they're awesome waffle fries. Chick-fil-A also stands up for what they believe in and will not back down when it comes to the word of God and I applaud them and respect them for that.
Always fast clean and hot. Very nice staff and love the set up.chick fil a has.
I just want to say thank you to Chick Fil A. I've had some terrible experiences with several restaurants in the past month in Anderson but somehow Chick Fil A always keeps high standards and staffing. I'm not even gonna complain about the price anymore since at least we can still eat here lol. Keep it up!

Not a great experience but they were so great helping to fix it. I placed mobile pick up order paid had payment receipt, checked in, was told my order was on counter but my order never received , made or showing up in system, no longer on app. After some time I asked and they fixed my order super fast.
Good service good food. I'm used to a more tart lemonade but everything else was awesome.
Have to love the efficiency of their drive thru. You can get thru it at good speed to allow more time to eat when on a work break. Not to mention the food... such wonderfully done chicken whether regular or spicy, yum! Waffle fries, enough said. Can't wait til the summer shakes appear!
