We ate in and had friendly service fresh food..and will be back.
Ordered on line drive 15 milies. They had know record of my order. When I got home they had called telling me my order was being cooked. Drove back up and they wouldn't answer phone for curb side. Went through drive through 6 cars wait. I was told to come up front. I waited 15 minutes went back to drive through man came out asked if I had ordered .being it was now after 8
I can’t tell you how the food tastes, but I can rate the service. It is constantly bad, in letting people sit at the drive through for 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement, then when you drive up they say, “we are closed.” A few weeks ago that happened at 8:20pm, tonight at 7:50pm. I check your website and the hours are clearly posted that you are open until 9pm. So why are the employees telling people you are closed over an hour early?
We went here at around 5:00pm with our group of 5. 3 kids. Two adults. It wasn't busy, but the cashier didn't ask us what we wanted to drink with our meals. The food came out quickly and we got some drinks. They have tartar sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, honey mustard and more when it comes to sauces. You typically get two veggie sides with each meals.
I am not satisfied with the service. I went for lunch after 11am. First pulled up to the drive thru no answer pulled to the window. The person said they didn't know if they were open. How are you not open and when you open at 1030 am. Asking the cook should they take the order or not. Needlessly to say I got nothing.
I went up there for lunch at 1030 they didn't take my order in drive thru so I called to see what was going on the lady said they don't open til 11 o clock... So I wait till 11 o clock still nobody takes my order on drive thru. I just went somewhere and got something to eat... ?
Got the special shrimp and fish plate. Shrimp was minced and mostly breading. Asked for extra tarter sauce and got 2. Got no malt vinegar, napkins or utensils. Got green beans as a side. How do you eat green beans with no utensils. Second trip there. It's my last. Terrible both times.
Everytime I went my food was fresh. I had great fast and friendly service.
The food was freshly cook and the customer service great. I will definitely return to this location when I return to Anderson SC.
We have to come from Greenville South Carolina to Anderson just to get Captain D's that's like 30 miles away wonderful food we love it! From service it's worth it
