Ordered 2 family packs and they offer $10 gas cards and was out of promotion cards and went back a week later and still no cards available. Sounds like I'll get the shaft ! Food was fresh and hot and service was quick .
Pretty good but closer to time to shut down the store, old food is sold and it’s just nasty
Food was okayish. I tried to order a grilled chicken sandwich and they told me it would be 15 minutes. This exact same thing happened to me the last time I tried to order the grilled chicken sandwich. I wouldn't consider that fast food. Also, on both occasions I wanted to have an order of boberry biscuits, but again on both occasions they said they didn't have any. Mostly likely will never go back. The only reason I was going was to have the grilled chicken sandwich and they can't seem to make those.
This place was good but since covid they have gone down hill. My chicken fingers were tiny and mushy inside. And the seasoning (even when you ask for it...) They still dont pour any on your fries... Drive thru takes forever. Come on bojangles, do better bc your food use to be amazing...
Tea was bad.Chicken.was hardNothing to eat with and no napkins.Looked like employees inside was.having a party.If it makes any difference allBojangles have gotten the same way.Chick filet only fast food with.consistent good food and great service.
Waited in drive thru as the guy told us before we ordered that it was a 15 minute wait for dark meat..but we stated that was ok as we were not ordering dark meat. So we ordered and needless to say the person on front of us was the person that ordered dark meat..as we found that out after we ordered and sat there for 25 minutes..they didn't even tell the person to pull to the side...just let them sit...waiting for the dark meat they ordered, at the window..so everybody at the time ..in drive thru..had to wait...so we finally got to the window...my wife spoke, hey , how are you today, the guys didn't even acknowledge her..just stayed our toal and took my wife's card...after about 2 minutes..he opened the window gave our card back and receipt..then handed our drinks....my wife said thank you..he said nothing..another 7 minutes went by..finally got our food...man...I will just go to popeyes from now on...food is more fresh...and at least the cashiers will speak....?
There biscuits are good but getting smaller! The sausage is terrible,looks like it is filled with some type of fillers with a sausage taste. Eat there more than anyplace.
Went ofc for biscuits, went to restroom before ordering. Glad I did. Went to wash hands, and there were some roaches in restroom. I washed hands and left . I know this can happen sometimes but it's Not what I want to see in a restaurant ?
Love their biscuits and chicken, dirty rice has gone down hill. Love the fact they serve breakfast all day.
The only thing good here are the biscuits. I had chicken tender plate and they were hard and small. They were out of any fried chicken. My friend ordered a biscuit that was missing half the ingredients.
