Saturday morning and completely out of biscuits!Let me guess….it’s Covid related!

This Bojangles should just close. I have had enough of this local restaurant. The other locations are open and ready to serve hard working people at 6 a.m. and this useless branch of Bojangles opens at stated on their hand written paper note opens at 8. Never opens at 8 a.m., and the employes never get the order right, and are rude. This location is the worst I have ever experienced in the country. Should not even give it one star.

This place sucks, I had to wait 20 minutes on two grilled chicken clubs, and the sandwiches tasted like sh*t, and wasn't worth what I paid for them, this location either needs to close it doors or obtain new management.

My food was very tasty and hot. The cashier was very polite with smiles. Will go again

This pertains to the BJ on hwy 81 (E. Greenville St). The quality is there. The biscuits are really good as well as the chicken. I do have some issues with the staff, though. I haven't interacted with everyone there, just those at the window, but the majority give the impression they'd rather be anywhere but there. Not quite rude but apathetic and indifferent and definitely not in a hurry to serve. One other thing that probably relates to the staff's attitude is the incredible wait on Sundays. I understand that a lot of people like BJ and want to have it for breakfast after church or whatever, but the line at the drive-thru literally wraps around the building and into the street hardly moving. That tells me the staffing isn't properly scheduled to handle the expected and anticipated wave of customers nor are they inclined to serve with a sense of urgency. I've bailed or not stopped at all several times because of the line.

It says "Skip the line and order online ". I did just that; ordered online at 12:47pm. Paid for online. The site said it would be ready at 1:03 pm. Got there at exactly 1:03pm. Line was wrapped around the building so I thought I'd be able to go inside to pick up my order. WRONG! Doors were locked. So I tried calling to let them know that I was outside. No one answered the phone. So I had to get in line that was circled back to the drive thru. 20 minutes before I get to the speaker to let them know I was there to pick up my online order. I was told to drive around to the door. 5 minutes later someone finally comes to ask me what I was waiting for. I let her know. Needless to say my order was not ready. I was told that I should have stayed in line. I was told it would be another 4 minutes before my order was completed. 8 minutes later, my order finally came. Drove 3 minutes back home. My order was completely wrong and cold. This location has been struggling for a while. It took an hour for an online order. Don't think I'll be visiting there any more.

Waited in line over 45 minutes just to get breakfast. We only stayed because everyone else was already done serving breakfast. Also the line was wrapped around the building which made it very hard to get out once you got your food. We also had missing food items and they will not answer the phone or let anyone inside.

Love Bojangles - really struggle w/ this location. 50% of the time I go through their drive thru I end up pulling out and leaving because of how slow they are. A 15+ minute wait time in a short line is not uncommon.

Cajun Fillet Biscuit with cheese. You put this biscuit on top of your head your tounge will beat your face trying to get to it. Don't forget those sides they lay up with the chicken like an Ol' dog on the porch you know that's just were they should be. 4 stars staff could smile more ?

Something is wrong with Bojangles lately. You pull up to order and although there are employees inside no one takes your order. It's 6:00 and they're still not taking anyone's orders. It's been this way and getting worse for a while. My advice is to go to Hardee's instead.
