We are regulars and it is always so good! We had breakfast specials on our last visit. I had two nice-sized pieces of pork tenderloin, hashbrowns, and eggs. The hash browns are NOT the frozen kind...you get varied sized slices of red potato with onion. They are just delicious. My husband also had a special with jalapeño grits. They are also very good. The biscuits are huge! Patricia is so careful with her menu and the food she serves. It has been such a joy to watch her business grow. Proud to support Barnwood!

The breakfast plate with eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuit or toast (get the biscuit), and grits was absolutely delicious. They use local grown ingredients to make their breakfast and lunch and it's delicious! They are very friendly and it's a cute country like setting. Don't forget to check out their market with all the fresh produce, honey, milk, eggs, and meats, plus more.

Fabulous fresh made biscuits, local sausage and eggs. Very generous servings. My cousin took us for breakfast, we sat in the "chicken coop" the food was fenomenal. Bought a few things in their store to bring home as gifts and kept a few for myself too. Next time we pass through we'll be back for sure.

I always love coming here and having tasty food service is great very friendly and nice and well mannered and the boss she's super sweet

The Barnwood Grill was a first time stop for hubby and I, but recommended by friends. My husband got an omelet and Sausage. I ordered eggs and bacon. The seating is inside a barn/shed decorated building, very countryish. Food was good (delicious sausage!) Loved it! If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop.

Best breakfast sandwich in Anderson, hands down. Never stingy with portions and it's like Mama made it. Always quick service no matter how crowded they are. Never had a bad meal from these folks, nor an order made wrong. Fresh produce and the best sausage you can find. Your missing out if you haven't eaten here. Beats Hell outta fast food joints.??

I adore this cute little place and even more so around the holidays. Everything is made with local ingredients. The owner, she is top notch, super friendly and goes out of her way to take care of folks.. and she never forgets a face. The food is always fresh, hot and yummy! If you go once you will be hooked!

Cute little place off the side of the road. They stay pretty busy with take out orders. There are only 3 or 4 tables inside and about the same outside. The people that work there are very nice. The servers run themselves to death to get drinks and food. Inside, outside., in the back... We ordered the trash bowl. It was a lot of food. The taste was good as well. The bacon was salty and a bit undercooked for my tasting. I also ordered decaf coffee. They were very nice and made a pot for me. They went through the trouble of pleasing me, so I couldn't tell them that it was more like flavored water. All in all, we might give this place a try again one day.

If your like me and breakfast is your favorite meal but you prefer local mom &pop places over franchises this is the place for you. The whole experience was fantastic. Food, service and atmosphere was exactly what I look for in breakfast spots. Give this one a try you won’t be sorry.

Great food, cute store, nice& attentive waitstaff! Trash bowl was great, so much leftover that I ate it for lunch and dinner!
