Stopped here last month March 2022, food was cold, not particularly good and the inside is generally dirty and rundown. Least we got our order taken and something though. My recent rash of restaurant visits in the Anderson area have been pretty bad.
Never would eat there because I want fries with me sandwich but hated the curly fries. Now I can eat there. Keep the new fries.
Stopped by here last night to grab some thing eat b4 heading home. I ordered the crispy chicken comb total of $9.××! Got home 6mins later! tReady to eat!! My chicken sandwich wasn't fully cooked...It was pink in the middle! Gross! It looked like it wasn't fresh nor hott! My Fries were cold, hard and just not good! Everyone knows curly fries are not good once they sit under a heating lamp for awhile. I wasn't able to eat my chicken sandwich?!! I was so disappointed...I'm hoping I don't get sick from this!The customer service is always awesome but the food is not good! Im not sure how great first shift is but night shift food service sucks! I'm willing to sit and wait for my food to be cooked and prepared as it should be! TIP TO KEEP IN MIND 2ND SHIFT EMPLOYEES: WITH YOUR MENU PRICES...You guys should be having Good food , Hott and Great Customer Service is what keeps the customers coming back!! I don't see myself wasting any more money on food that's just not fresh nor good!The employee that took my drive thru order was very friendly!! I wish I knew his name so I could let his manager know he deserves a raise!! 5 stars ? to this Employee for taking his job seriously and giving the best service he possibly can at this Arby's location!
food was great and service was quick. I personally tried the new Diablo Dare Chicken Sandwich. It was good, lot of pepper/smokiness to it, but for someone who actually enjoys hot foods, it wasnt that hot. although, a normal diner might be a bit toasted.

Best visit at a Fast food in a while. My better half even rang the bell for them. ( He is never happy with eating out). Great meal!
Every time I go I get sliders they so good. Arby's always on point. The roast beef sandwiches are good to with the Arby's sauce.

Waited in the drive thru for 26 min, I understand that they might be understaffed. That's why I didn't make a big deal out of that wait time considering there was only one car in front of me and one behind me. The guy was working as hard as he could. So I'll give them 5 stars for that !!!
