Service was ok. Food could be better. Ordered appetizer and meal for two. Meal came out before appetizer. The meal wasn't what was described like it was thrown together quickly. Ordered a couple alcoholic beverages and took forever to get the first order. Come to Applebee's often and majority of the time there is always a problem. Maybe I just need to not come anymore. ??♂️
Really don’t even deserve the ONE star. The service was fine waitress was sweet. But the bartender! SO RUDE I ordered a drink from the table she was taking forever to make it so I went up to the bar to wait and she told me that I would be waiting a while she was “waiting on glasses” so I told her I would wait she told me it would be a while… I asked why since the glass I was standing by came from my table… SO RUDE. Smh DO BETTER
I’m not one to post reviews but I can’t get over this one. It Saturday 05/28/222 and I met up with one of my friends for food a conversation, catching up on life… It was a little bit after 6pm, not too busy fairly empty actually. The hostess working was actually the problem “ Kaitlyn” I believe her name was.. She would NOT leave us alone. She knew my friend from a prev Resturant they use to work at together… My friend & I were talking holding a conversation and out of no where “ Kaitlyn” walks up and just stands there until we acknowledge she’s there & she starts talking to my friend… She talks for a good 5 mins before some people walk in & she says “ I guess I need to go do my job” and walks away. We go back to talking, meanwhile we also were eating too, and here she comes again.. I’ve been to this location Multiple times & never in my life have I had someone so clueless & rude. My friend and Iwere trying to have a conversation and we kept being rudely interrupted by the hostess, Unacceptable. The waitress in the other hand “ Chelsea” she was very sweet & nice. She does need a little bit more of a personally And be more open when taking orders & talking to her tables.. Our food was good and service was great but Kaitlyn definitely ruin the vibe for us as we hurried up ate our food & rushed thru our conversations to make sure we covered everything before she came back. I will be returning to the restaurant but your hostess needs to work on not being a nuisance.
Food came back, no chicken on salad and my son burger was half a burger. The manager said that is what kids burgers are suppose to look like. Hmm no thank you. The waitress was extremely kind and busy due to being short staffed. Not worth the money at all.
Even though they were understaffed, they still offered to have us seated quickly, but we chose to sit at the bar instead. The bartender was very nice and helpful, and our food came out very quick. Will definitely be returning
My wife and I were very pleased with our food and service. Matt was our server and very attentive, friendly and professional. Food we orded was cooked just right, thanks to the chef. The atmosphere was pleasant.
The service was excellent but the food portions seem very small. There's definitely not a two for 20 meal anymore. Of course, everything's went up on prices. So that's to be expected. Overall, it was okay.
Worst experience Ever! We went for Valentines Day. They were slow and everyone sitting around on their phones. Lost my order and tried to charge me for someone else's food. Will not be returning ever again
I went in there right after a Masectomy drains and all. I wore a bathrobe to hide it. I was in so much pain when I walked in there and christen (sorry probably spelled wrong.) Was so loving and caring I forgot I hurt and actually ate. I'm telling you if you want to have the best service and smile and jokes go see her.
I have a severe shrimp allergy. I went here a few months ago and was told I couldn't have a cheeseburger, so I ordered the broccoli chicken alfredo. It was decent for an alfredo, but I mean... Cheeseburger! ? Today, I asked again, and was told that yes, they can cook it on a separate grill. So, I a few months later from being told no, had a great cheeseburger today, and enjoyed it incident-free. ?
