I cannot believe how great the food and service was. I have not been to a Long John Silvers in the Upstate because the quality & service hasnt been good in years. BUT I was talked into trying this location for the first time and WOW! The staff was short staffed and you would have never known because the store was clean, the staff was excellent AND the quality of food was outstanding!! Shout out to Serenity, Iesha, Vicky and Omarion YAY ARE GREAT! We will be back!!!
This location is an A&W/ long John silvers combo restaurant. I got the wrong order. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo, but received two fish orders? I didn't realize it until I got home, I'm not sure what fish it is? I don't eat fish though.....
Customer Service is awesome! Yes this place stays busy and there is a long wait because they cook everything fresh and its always sent out hott, made to order! You can't beat that! I rather wait 15 minutes for my fish and fries family pack meal to be cooked fresh and hot, done right the first time than get it not cooked properly or get home and find out my order is not right, it's not good, it's cold and I just wasted money! The menu items/family pack deals are a little pricey but it's so worth it in the end! The fish is cooked perfectly, crispy, flaky white fish ? it's pure heaven imp! I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location and if you ever do, call or speak with the manager and he will see to it , you are taken care of! Very pleased with his service. ( my order was missing an side item & he fixed it for me.) Nice guy!I'm quite a regular customer and when the employees see me, they know exactly what I want! They know I have to have my 6 packs of malt vinegar ? ? silly me! But I love it! I love it so much I purchased a bottle of their malt vinegar. Ask them about price! So yummy ? Pretty cheap!
Very good food but can't wait until they revamp their restaurant, the people who served us was really friendly.

4 p.m. there are no customers in drive thru ahead of me. I order a 2 piece meal from the Long John Silver menu and a chili dog combo from the A&W menu. I asked for ketchup, mustard,onion and chili. I added 1 additional hot dog. My total was near $15. I had almost a 20 minute wait and I was on my way. At home, I open bag and have 2 plain hot dogs with only chili. I go back and explain, I was handed some ketchup and mustard packets and a container of onionsIf I wanted to make my own meal, I wouldn't have given anybody 15$. They should have made the order right. I will not be back.
