Something was wrong with the app, so to avoid the line outside, I traded it for inside line. I ordered my usual and went BIG..Does my meal look like I went BIG?! NO! I also paid for extra zax sauce and didn't get it. Waiting to order, placing, waiting, and receiving it within 30 min is ridiculous! I understand it's lunch rush, but be prepared! Most people don't have the luxury of an hour lunch break. I'm sure it's like this everyday, so it's not like you're being caught by surprise.. get it together! I'll stick to my usual location, thanks! I won't be revisiting.
Food pretty good for fast food dining in-gal even gave us sr citizen discount. Pleasant personnel which is unusual in itself.BUT, restrooms were greasy icky & needed major (!) cleaning. Cmon now!Update: bathrooms were cleaner, but still needed more cleaning like wiping the urinals, toilet, paper towel dispenser & having active odorizers. A plus for getting a little better.
1 star isn't even appropriate, should be a zero stars option. After waiting nearly an hour in the drive thru line, only moving about 5 car links during that time and that was because people just left without ordering, I only seen 2 cars served during the hour of waiting. I left, man forget the place, and I won't ever go back. I left a complaint on the customer service site and the store manager called me back with some excuse about a shift change, it doesn't take an hour for shift change
I placed an order thru the app for curbside pickup. 30 minutes after I’d been waiting in the parking lot I went inside and they had not even started making my order. I was told “to go orders take priority over mobile orders and they must fill them first.” That’s it, no apologies nothing. I got a refund and won’t go back.

Purposely ordered curbside to keep from sitting in the drivethru line that always takes 30 mins or more to get through. My order was due at 7:38. I waited 20 mins and finally just had them cancel the order. It is unacceptable. All the other customers in there had waited 20 mins or longer as well. Really hope the ice cream in my car didnt get ruined while waiting on my dinner i dont have now. Yeah i got a refund but it wont show up back on my card for days so now i dont have enough to eat elsewhere. This is the university parkway store in aiken, sc. Pics shown for times
My husband and I eat at zaxbys weekly and this was the first time at this location and we won’t be back. We ordered two house salads, like normal. These were so small I wouldn’t even call them a side salad. For $20 I expect more than 2 pieces of cucumber and 4 grilled chicken chunks. The sandwiches have more lettuce on them then our salads did. So disappointed… we will stick to our regular location from now on.
In line at 6:59 its now 7:41 and only 4 cars has been served. Its like they try to wait the time out so they dont have to take so many orders. This is sad! 7:43 by the time I finished the review and as you can see Im still in line. 7:50 they will not take your order.
