Lobby closed with a line full of cars and haven't moved in 10 mins. It happens when a certain manager is working. Stop being lazy and get the lines down. What is it going to hurt ordering inside...y'all ain't moving in drive thru. When T (black light skin manager) is working her and her team work and get it done with the lobby open and drive thru...short staff and all!!
If you asked me to write this review 3 weeks ago I would’ve given it four stars. granted this zaxbys has long lines but they used to give you the food pretty fast. Recently though they have been lacking, I’ve been given the wrong order quite the few times. just the other day I was at the window and I waited there for almost 7 minutes for them to just hand me my food.
How does honey mustard turn into vinaigrette dressing!! Do better people!! Pay attention!! Plus your number on the receipt is to an insurance agency and the manager says she can’t fix it…that’s complete ignorance! The chicken strips were leftovers from yesterday they were dry and we could tell they were reheated ! DO BETTER !!! The manager wants to replace my dressing packets next time I come, no next time this place sucks and doesn’t even offer to give a discount on the next visit when ZAXBYS is the one who screwed up the order in the first place!!
I ordered yesterday in the drive thru. I was impressed with how fast the line moved. My food was correct and hot. Great job and thanks.
I can't believe the dining area is still closed. Can't tell you the amount of times I went to Zaxby's and then went somewhere else because the drive-thru was too crowded, please open the inside for carry-out orders I have better things to do than wait 30 minutes just to get my order taken ......
Warm food. Little bit of a drive thru wait. I expected that though.

Spent almost 65 dollars half my order was missing. I called and. Manger refused to come to the phone, staff refused to give me a name of a manager. Order is suppose to be replaced because what I did receive was cold plus I am suppose to get the other entire half of my order. I have never been been treated like I was on the phone so rudely, never had a manager refuse to come to phone or offer to call me back and never have had any business refuse to tell me who the manager is. Horrible service and food! I can’t believe the lack of customer care when we immediately called about the issue with the order! So disappointed!
Line was long and slow, but the salads were worth the wait!
Fries were cold & unseasoned; the salad wasn’t made correctly & i was given the wrong dressing ... no wonder there’s a longer line on the north side one they must be doing it right over there
