I found the decor engaging and staff very attentive. They answered my questions as a first timer and I was satisfied with their diligence.OPINION: Wings are coated with very mild flavors. What I'm saying is that no flavor (to me) is overwhelming or bold but rather a "hint" you can barely tell is there. Flavors are "enhancements" but not very pronounced like all other typical wing joints.I found the fact the wings are not breaded to be very helpful to those like my son with gluten allergies.
Looking at the previous reviews I thought I was going to be presented good food and bad/mediocre service. I mean ... First of all... Whoever was talking about the prices are crazy .. my lady .. to get a boneless wing the size of a midgets fist is more than a blessing... Secondly to get the record straight .. u get what u pay for here. Wings boneless or bonein are OFF THE HOOK OK.. don't get it twisted .. service at least from what we got Miss "Sunshine" did more than enough to earn a five star rating... Idk why I saw all this hate for this site unless people came here with some truly unreasonable expectations or just hit these people on a bad night. Five stars .. as far as wings u come here to order them in bulk for super bowl party u have as far as I'm concerned .. WORD UP WILL TRAVEL 30+ TO EAT HERE AGAIN 1
So I place order online. DoorDash picks up order abs was told they were out of cheese sticks. Why didn’t Wings call me. Dasher didn’t tell me. There is usually no contact w dasher and customer.I called store. No sympathy that I only got one meal. No sympathy that this happened.Never again ! Go elsewhere to get wings. These folks don’t give a darn about customer service.
Just moved to town so this was our first time here. Only reason I am giving any stars is because the food was good. However the wait was ridiculous, our waitress never checked on us. Not even once. I refilled my own drink since our waitress ignored us and never even came when we asked another waitress to let her know we needed refills. The BBQ wings and fries were awesome!
Terrible experience the only time I went, or will ever go. Took 15 minutes to even have someone attempt to seat us. Told us they were out of half the menu, but then they had most of what they claimed to be out of. Cleared our food off the table while was on a smoke break outside since we waited so long to be seated, which we weren't done eating, and left our stuff at the table. Pretty much the whole night went downhill from here.
WingPlace is clearly struggling. Waited well over 45 minutes for fried food that should've taken 10 minutes, 15 max. Being chronically understaffed because your business has management issues is no excuse. Fix your issues. WingPlace used to be a a viable alternative to Grumpy's, but no longer. Grumpy's is consistently excellent while WP slides into the dumpster. What are they doing right? Figure it out.
First time here. Server was Siara and was she was very good. My wife and I started with the fried mushrooms and were very pleased. Wife had margaritas and she was happy with those. We both got wings, mine boneless, hers traditional. Mine mild, hers teriyaki. She had wing chips, I had a salad. Everything about the meal was very good.
My chicken tenders were cooked very well with a minimal amount of greasiness. Now, the onion rings were super greasy.Nice service from a sweet young lady.
My husband I ate here last night for the first time. We sat at the bar - attentive, friendly service from the bartender. Our food arrive VERY fast! Delicious food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff! We will definitely be back.
