I stop by this location yesterday 6/8/22.I was more than satisfied,The customer Service was awesome.The person that took my order has the patience of Job.My daughter couldn’t make up her mind as what to order.I apologized she said it is ok just take your time.The food was fresh the fries were to hot to eat.I wish all service’s were given in this manner.CODOS!!! To Wendy’s on Whiskey Rd.I shall return.Thanks Ladies! ?
Very disappointed in this location of Wendy's.....Seems like EVERY order that is placed through Doordash or Uber eats they give HORRIBLE service. Never getting orders correct, drivers are complaining about the rudeness which affects the whole experience. It causes one to wonder if our food has been compromised.Would NOT recommend this location at all
We ordered 2 small fries with our dine-in meal. It was bagged to go with only one small fries. We had to ask for the second one and it appeared we were an inconvenience. No apology was given. The ice machine didn't make ice and the drink machine was out of many choices. The sweet tea canister had some tea but it was removed before anyone needed refills (well before closing.) The small chili was room temperature. The single with cheese was good. Service used to be great.
Made an order with the Mobile app to avoid the drive thru and could not get it curb side. So we had to wait 35 minutes in the drive thru to get it. Pre-paid and could not get our money back. That is the the last time!!
It was very good service and quality food. The drive thru got you in and out quite fast
Good customer service. My food was good! One of the best Wendy's in the area. Also, great deals on the app, so don't forget to scan before you pay.
I got the new Bourbon Bacon Burger combo and it was delicious!! Only downside was the sweet tea machine was down.
The chili ?️ on a chilly day is yummy ? ! Then if you get one to go, you can mix it with eggs ? in the morning.... what??? Yummmmm?!!!
Two stars because the food is good. I'll give three more stars when I can get through the drive-thru in under 45 minures. You'll see a greater sense of urgency at the DMV.
I just spent 40+minutes waiting on my order from the the time I got there till I left!! RIDICULOUS!!! I was in drive-thru at1st for 15 min & it wasn't moving, so I went in to order; 2nd mistake! I placed my order on the kiosk & waited. The girl running the front was slow & struggling & needed help but was anybody helping her, hell no!!! Not even management! The fry girl which should be helping bag the orders was just fiddling with the fries & only bagging for drive-thru. I was about to ask for a refund when fry girl finally bagged our food. The burgers weren't right & fries not hot. I just said F it and left. We weren't the only dissatisfied customers. I walked in at 6:45 & left out at 7:20, not including drive-thru wait time!RIDICULOUS!!! And these are the people your paying $10 or more an hr to do a job. I was paid $7 & some change when I was in fast food & we didn't perform anything like this. You'd think we were paid $10 hr.
