Ordered a #7 combo; wanted a Large Melon Lemonade for my drink. The fries were Cold & salty (?). Then top that off I refused the drink with combo, so was charged the extra $3 for the Speciality Drink?. Total $8combo-drink+$3 lemonade =$11I will give my overall experience a 2.
Ordered a large #9, double with extra bourbon sauce and tanglers on the side. Got all the way home and they'd given me a junior burger. Drove 10 miles back to their restaurant and told the manager I'd had to drive 20 miles round trip bc the order was wrong and I'd tried calling TWENTY SEVEN TIMES to discuss with them before driving all the way back but the phone was busy every single time. I asked if they would refund my money bc gas is so outrageously expensive & I'd had to drive an extra 20 miles bc of their mistake and for them to provide the correct order as well and she looked at me and goes "OH WELL!" as rude as she could. Unbelievable. I was nice about it being wrong and asked nicely to have them refund and replace but when she said "oh well" I couldn't believe it. I told her I'd tried calling g first but the phone was busy the whole time and she AGAIN said "oh well." They took 15 minutes to replace my order (pretty sure intentionally) and did not say they were sorry nor refund my money. On top of all that, I get home and they'd given me a Burger with the hot spicy honey sauce on it instead of a bourbon Burger. I am allergic to the hot spice they use and ended up sick as a dog bc I took a bite of it before realizing what they'd done. Horrible. Awful. Ignorant. Rude. Contemplating pursuing this legally bc I had to seek Medical care bc of the reaction to the spices in the sauce they put on their instead of the bourbon sauce. And I KNOW they did it intentionally.
Used the mobile app to order ahead, but of course at night, you still must use the drive-thru and tell them to start your order at the intercom... pretty much defeating the purpose, but oh well. This Wendy's had no lights on, even though they were open. The signage and dining area were black as night. Amazingly, found the drive-thru open and had the pleasure of knocking on the window twice to ask about the 2 missing items in our order. I'd pass this one and head to another.
The lady on the window seems like she doesn't wants to work there! No proper greeting, rude when she says the amount for purchase. Has an attitude when receiving payment & when giving out food. She rolls her eyes. If management isn't aware of worker's slacking then management should be held responsible for the unprofessional people they hire! Unacceptable!! I've waited over a month before writing a review. No progress from Felicia cashier #3317 I hope this gets fixed ASAP! I would hate to stop going here!
Ordered a crispy chicken blt add cheese , da lady forgets to put da cheese and bacon on sandwich so I check da bag before I leave and it’s a plain sandwich so I stay at da window while I checked it I asked da manager for a new sandwich and she gives me a cold slice of cheese and bacon in a burger wrapper ??♂️ , please just shut dis Wendy’s down poor workers and service
Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, nothing. Thought maybe I'll go to the window and get service, WRONG. Waited at the window to get told, oh we close at one. Sir, I approached the speaker at 12:42. Waste of time! Never again. I have patience. Was treated very poorly. Do not attend.
The food was cold and paid for cheese on my chicken sandwich and didn't get it just threw the whole meal away and drink wasn't made right either will not be returning
First off the person at the drive through window she was very disrespectful. She didn't listen to nothing I said. I ordered 2 meals and only received 1 and gotten charged for both meals. I recommend do not go to this Wendy's especially the fact that they put anything on your meal without you asking and I'm from a whole other state.
This Wendy's is super unprofessional. In the Drive-Thru there is lack of communication with having customers wait 10+ minutes with no greeting or explanation on why they're taking so long when the store is slow, and health and safety concerns by eating on the job, in the Drive-Thru window after handling payments and handing food out. No washing hands, no wearing gloves just cross contamination.
In the past my experience has been good but about 7:30 this morning the young lady that took my order was very unpleasant .My order was completely wrong and because of my rush I did not have time to go back and correct it nor did I receive a receipt. I will not let one experience detour me from coming back but I do advise your management to do some retraining.
