This WH wasn’t clean, there was left over food on the seat, the sugar container was sticky and the napkin dispenser was rusty. The waiter got our order wrong, I was supposed to get raisin toast and he brought white toast, my husband asked for cooked onions on his burger and got about a teaspoon of onion bits, when he asked for more he got about the same amount. Then another worker came in, he clearly wasn’t there to work, he kept talking very, very loud and it was very disturbing. This WH is now definitely OFF our list. We won’t be going back!
Horrible I thought I was at a club instead of Waffle House the cook didn’t cook my bacon fully I had to microwave that when I got home the lady that’s usually in there cooking I guess she was so happy tonight to be off the grill and be able to get a cigarette in she was partying along with the customers. They are horrible never answer the phone and when you get there they aren’t busy at all the other night the lady only became concerned when I requested a refund Waffle House not how it use to be
by far the best food we had was tonight! scrambled eggs were soft with cheese, grits were creamy and buttery, bacon hot and crispy .. perfect!blueberry and pecan waffle, cooked extra brown created a delightful praline-like toasted cake and it was wonderful.husband had the patty melt and hash browns, also cooked well.
Couldn’t even eat the bacon just nasty and bad customer service they got my other order wrong. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese bowl waited for almost 20 min n they gave the bacon one.

I had a sausage bowl. My server Kate was friendly and kept my coffee cup filled. No long waits and not too crowded.
I received excellent service from Brittney, and the cook, didn't get his name but he prepared what I ordered the best yet of all the Waffle Houses yet.
Great cook great service and food is delicious
Had to leave the restaurant without ever being served, restaurant was dirty and appeared to be understaffed. Company seemed more interested in preparing to go orders / call in orders instead of customers sitting in the building. Sat for 20+ minutes without being addressed by anyone (no drinks),the only reason we knew there was a back log was because i overheard the waitress telling customers that came in after us. Couldn't recommend this location to anyone.
BEST Waffle House in Aiken BY FAR.I never have any complaints when I visit this Waffle House. Very relaxed and cozy vibe. Friendly and experienced waitresses are quick to take orders and refill drinks. The cooks seem very upbeat and accommodating. I've yet to see a single mistake on an order. Dine-in and Take-out experiences are always satisfactory. Variety of seating options- bar style stools, booths, and classic chairs offered. Of course there are high chairs for the smallest customers as well. The jukebox kind of gives the place a classic feel to it.
