Fast Service. Hot food. This is the best Waffle House in Aiken
Standing around playing on phones without washing hands before touching food! Talking and really doing nothing besides playing! Didn't get my order right and paid 30 bucks for half the food i ordered! And if you need ketchup you get just a couple packs no butter for the grits didn't even get my waffle but I got 1 pack of syrup!
our waitress was rude. My eggs were under cooked and then he rolled his eyes when the waitress told him. All he did was put it back on grill cooked till there was barely any yolk My son got a dirty glass of milk.. Second time going there and bad experience both times won't be going back !!!
Food was out very quickly. Hashbrowns not cooked completely

Yes, there is such a thing! I ordered take-away here two nights in a row. Not just because of the quality of the food, but the quality of the service. Actually, more for the quality of the service! WH Corporate needs to find out who the "grill operator" at this location was on the evening of November 22nd, as she was also my server when I went on the evening of November 21st. If WH Corporate has any brains, they will transfer that person to the main office to instruct supervisors, managers, and franchasiees, on how to do customer service right. I was very impressed. Yes, my sirloin steak dinners were as good as to be expected at any Waddle House. But, customer service of the quality she provided I would expect at a place like Peter's Fine Dining in Markham. Not at a Waffle House in Aiken. Her skills need to be shared! Summation: Strongest possible recommend!
Food was great and came out in good time
