Live entertainment was excellent! Great ambiance and food!
Everything was perfect !
We got there early and we’re done eating before the band started. I can see where it could be loud later. Our server was attentive and delightful. Food was some of the best we have had since moving here.
Three of us went for Sunday Brunch. Had a great experience
Food was over priced, there was no ac/ air movement so the place felt stuffy. Did not know how to make a simple cocktail. Music was too loud. In general I will not be going back to this location. I would have rather have spent my money at prime steak house or longhorn.
We visited Aiken for a friend’s baby shower. We stayed at the Rose Hill, which had excellent accommodations. A short walk through the courtyard there took us to the Stables restaurant. We spent dinner enjoying live beach music, delicious drinks, and a diverse menu. Other guests enjoyed dancing during the evening. I love the braised short ribs, but the chicken was especially well prepared. At the conclusion of our meal, we had an opportunity to discuss the confit preparation with the chef, which paired well with the house Cabernet. It was an amazing evening at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone spending time in Aiken.
Great food and cool atmosphere. Dessert was amazing. I will definitely be going back
They need to update their online menu to match what they hand out at the restaurant. Two pages online, one page at the restaurant. Disappointed with the limited choices. Prices were higher too but I would assume a little change due to supply issues.
Very dissapointed. Hard to find anything nice to say about this place. Wine list (if you want to call it that) had only three types of wine; on menu was by the glass. We wanted a bottle and had to ask for price. When we asked server about this, we were informed the establishment had lost it's liquour license a while back and since getting re-instated the wine list had not been replenished. Food was overcooked, really overcooked, and cold. Cold, when from where we were sitting the kitchen was right behind us. How in the world did the food come out cold? Music from the band was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk and we were sitting all the way in the back of the indoor part of the restaurant. Patio unimpressive. In fact, the whole setting needs updating. So sad to think this was once a grand estate. Will not be going back and certainly will not recommend to anyone. This place needs to get it's mojo going if it is going to survive.
Mother’s Day! Sang with the singer there and the owner and waitress adhered to our every need. I wish I could be a regular!
