Starting off with the positives: The food was excellent. The beef pile high nachos and country fried chicken (from the daily special menu) were amazing. Plated very well and tasted great. Now for the not so positives: One - I ordered a house margarita. The mixer used for this drink tastes somewhat like how floor cleaner smells. I had to close my eyes to power through it. I ordered a top shelf margarita thinking that it was just the "well" tequila. Nope. Exact same taste. Would suggest moving to a new mixer. Two - This is the topper. I looked at the bill at the end of the meal. There was a "CC charge" that represented a percentage of the food/beverage subtotal. I asked the server what this charge was for and he had to ask around to other servers. No one seemed to know exactly what the charge was for and I was explained "this charge is automatically applied to bills and I think this is a credit card surcharge." Interesting since I wasn't asked how I would be paying for the meal and there is no signage or indication on the menus that this surcharge would be applied. I asked for the charge to be removed and it was. I try to support local and small businesses whenever possible. Throwing in hidden surcharges on to the bill is literally a slap in the face to your patrons. After battling through the COVID closures over the past two years and still coming back to support this restaurant, this is how you repay your customers by hitting them with hidden fees? C'mon. If you want to add surcharges, add it to the menu. Have the servers ask how the bill will be paid and inform them of the surcharge if using a credit/debit card. It makes me wonder. If you are willing to hit up your patrons with "nickle and dime" surcharges, what else are you cutting corners on to squeeze maximum profit out of your patrons?
We loved the food here. The service was excellent. The steak bites are the appetizer but add mashed potatoes and you got a meal. The meatloaf was so tender and not just covered with the basic ketchup. My sides were lima beans and mashed potatoes. They were great! I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for some great down home cooking and sports. Check it out. It's not a typical sports bar. Sit inside or outside.
Homecooked food is excellent. Serice has always been great. Love being able to sit outside.
Friendly service and loads of tvs! Love the inside and outside bars.
My son and I enjoyed a few beers and some fries. Prices were great and atmosphere was great.
New 4% credit card fee charged. Started recently. We’ve been customers here since they opened but this makes it difficult to want to come back. Not knowing about that fee and seeing it on the bill afterwards just makes you mad. Be more transparent. If you are going to be the only restaurant I’ve ever seen to do that, then make sure to have every server tell customers before hand or just put it large on the front of the menu! Seems very scammy to me.

Boomer and I would like to thank Brianna for her great personality and kindness. She is a first class server. And by the way the food was ?.
Great place for a beer. Good people. Good food. Lots of TVs for sports.
I would go again but mixed review. We went Tuesday at 5pm and sat inside the bar area.
