Both times I've been to this Taco Bell, I've received service above and beyond what I expected. The first time, Bobby helped me find the best vegetarian options on the menu and the second time, Ty was very helpful in making decisions for my family.
Fast and friendly experience today. Not sure why they have nothing out in the dining area. No napkins no sauces no working drink machine. A little disappointed in that inconvenience. With that said the staff didn't offer any sauces or include any napkins with my order. I had to go to the counter and ask for those items and drink refills. Otherwise food was fresh and fast. Also prices. Wow have prices gone up. It's probably been a year or so since I was last at a Taco Bell. I guess that's normal given today's price increase on most things. Anyway overall decent visit today.
Met with a warm welcome. Very friendly staff. The eating area was clean. The food was fresh and very good!!!!!I will add one more thing, the longer I stay the better it got. This crew is wonderful.
Some of the best service I’ve ever received. The workers are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They absolutely need a raise. The sweet lady at the drive thru made my entire day. You don’t find people as sweet as she was very often. I believe she said her name was Ty. Taco has a shining star at this location and she deserves a promotion and raise. She delivered top notch costumer service even better then that of Chick-fil-A (who are known for their costumer service). She gave me an amazing start to my day and I will be back at this location.
Great place. It's the newest tacobell in our town. Never had a bad experience and I go often. People are friendly and quick with the orders (never had to wait more then 7-10 minutes when busy-usually I pick up so 1-2 minute wait there). Their vegetarian cruchwrap taste better than their meat options. Order online for better prices, but make sure you check your order when you pick it up. I've had a few missing cinnamon twists- which is not a big deal as they always make it right, and it's gone away as the store is open for longer.
Amazing experience manager really cares for her customers ?A time before It was a long wait on a busy night,so she gave me and my dad 4 free soft taco coupons,so yesterday I got the free ones amd they where delicious!! Give it a good rating because the sweet tea is delicious too
Online ordering experience works flawlessly. Food is prepared on time and accurately and available for pickup either through the drive through or inside on the front counter every time. Very consistent.
Nice people but the restaurant has become too expensive. I bought four tacos and two chalupas and it came to 17.98. I eat them when I got home and I got really sick. I'm not saying all the food may cause this and it may have not been the food at all but I will not pay that outlandish price for fast food like that.
Food isn't made sloppy like most taco bells or fast food places. Honestly they have messed my order up a few times but I still give this rating because the manager is always respectful and will fix your order even of you call and have to come another day. She always makes things right and to me that's important.
Beware of mobile orders. It's very rare I get everything I ask for and if they're out of an ingredient, they won't tell you. I paid for extra guac, extra avocado ranch, and extra rice. They handed me my order without a word of the 2 completely missing items or a credit back to my card. I talked to a very nice woman "V" when I called to complain but they've taken enough of my money. I'm done.
