These boys were so rude! Didn’t say anything to us, then when he acted like he was about to help us, he kept telling the dude beside him how he didn’t do it like he could and they were talking all over the food! After 15 mins, we walked out!! Y’all need better works, and customer service! Used to love coming to subway, now will never come back to this one!!
It was a Friday. The time was 1:12pm and store hours said 9am-9pm. The open sign was still on but the subway was closed for the day. This is not the first time they have closed early. I will be taking my business to the subway on richland Ave because they are always courteous and open.
Waited for 10 minutes while employees were in e back and talking. Really bad service

Gentleman refused to make my order tonight. I got there 45 min before close, there were no other customers and I needed to get the same 6 subs that I get every other Friday. He told me he didnt have any bread even though I could clearly see that he had half a case of bread. This has been a favorite location for us, but not anymore. Hardees got our business tonight and I'm betting Blimpies will get it from now on.

Supposedly open til 8 and at 745 restaurant is dark and no one to be found. That was the last time I stop there.

Very disappointed that they no longer serve the Roast Beef or the spicy mustard. I also figured out that they changed the flat bread and it was gross. I don't think I will be returning. The staff was nice though.
