Food was made fast, however the manager who was ringing up my order was awful. This was a few months ago, but I’ve decided it should be known.I ran my credit card through, and got charged on it (phone showed the money I spent) and the lady claimed I didn’t pay, that it didn’t go through. I know I did, because my bank app showed I made the purchase. Dollar for dollar, cent for cent. However, even that wasn’t enough proof and she said I had to pay again. So I had to call corporate, who confirmed my purchase went through. 10/10 for corporate, 1/5 for the manager.

I ordered two foot longs. The girl Sara messed both of my orders up. And then got a attitude when she had to make it right. She cussed me out under her breath. The black girl checked me out on her phone the whole time. Rolling her eyes. Will never eat there again…
Ordered a footlong. Turkey& Pepperjack cheese. She made me oven roasted turkey not what I Ordered at all. She was very rude rolled her eyes. The black girl that checked me out was on her phone the whole time. Would not recommend this Subway to Noone.

I go to this Aiken location most often and it is the best subway in Aiken. This particular visit for me was excellent. My mobile order was made in a very timely manor, my sandwich was one of the best I’ve had from subway, and they followed my “special directions” flawlessly. Good quality sandwich made by Ginger with excellent customer service.
Heather is great :) She makes the best subs and was nice to talk to. She kept everything clean and organized and made my sub perfectly
Lady was rude everytime I would ask for a topping she would roll her eyes and huff and puff ? ? very unsatisfied with her customers service
