I walked in during what seemed like their morning rush. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. A little undecided this particular morning the Barista was very helpful in helping me select a drink to my liking. Her suggestion was spot on. Even during the morning rush they were still able to offer good customer service that's a plus in my book.

Both the ice coffee Drink and cookie frap was very watery and tasted like it didn’t have any sugar just nasty. I had a ice coffee with caramel and hazelnut flavoring and couldn’t taste either. I asked for foam and the gave me some watery white liquid that was bitter.

Wonderful staff. They are understaffed and stressed. But my barista was gracious and very apologetic and kind.

The vanilla bean cream Frappuccino was watery and not blended well. We had to go back twice and it still was not done correctly. The drink was watery as soon as we got it and couldn't even finish it. I had the white mocha Frappuccino and it was just the same. Definitely will not go back.

Every time we try to go, this Starbucks is closed for indoor seating. It was drive thru only. Often the drive thru is closed even though the website says it's open as was the case this past Monday evening. Today it lost the business of 18 to 20 people who parked to go inside. There were multiple people who left the drive thru due to the long line/wait. We left without ordering.

Line was very long. Didn’t have the drink my daughter requested and was too expensive. Dd way cheaper and better

They do not measure ingredients, Strawberry creme frap and other traps mostly melted ice.

Long long drive thru line, but baristas and cashier moved faced. Pretty solid location off the beaten path of interstate 20. Thanks!

Average experience. They were slammed when I went. I waited 20 minutes just for a black coffee and a tea. I would recommend going to a different Starbucks if you can.

They usually make my drinks well, but they are ALWAYS out of stuff now and its getting pretty annoying. I mean, if you're out of straws, go to freaking Costco and buy some straws for crying out loud! I got an iced drink the other day, and they said they were out of straws. I thought, what about all the people who order Frappuccinos? I could understand being out of some ingredients because of shipments. But things like straws should be easy to obtain elsewhere. I just went to this Starbucks about an hour ago, and had to get a Trenta iced coffee because they're out of venti iced cups.
