worst sonic ever. sat waiting for over an hour. had they said that every worker had walked out just before we ordered we would not have ordered! crazy.
Worthless, like the rest of the businesses in America. Just spent $21 I had to ask for whipped cream and toppings on a Sonic blast because they couldn't be bothered to make it properly and boy were they angry when I simply asked for what I ordered. Oh and of course they were completely out of tater tots so I had to get their gross fries. Just opened my burger. Cold as can be an made the completely wrong way. I ordered a corn dog and what do you know they forgot to give it to me. Oh, and I was the only person there and this incompetence took almost 30 minutes. Whatever minimum wage is it is far far to high. Absolutely worthless only good thing is my dog got a $21 burger.Update: I contacted Sonic through the link and as expected no response. Typical corporate America. I gave you a chance and you can't even respond. You have lost my business for good.
This location had us sit in the drive through for 40 mins because the sit down area was closed due to staffing shortages. The one star is because after getting our order wrong they ignored when we pulled up to ask for it to be fixed. And all of this would bother me a little less we’re it not for the prices being shot through the roof. If I am paying 10 dollars for a cup of ice cream, it needs to be served as advertised. They need to get it together.
My husband just waited 30 minutes in a stall and finally drove around to the window after his order was taken for 2 blasts. 1 medium and one small. When they handed them to him he asked why they weren’t actually filled and they said the blender just does that. Really? Blender suddenly takes out the ice cream does it??? Horrible service. You should be fired as you are a waste to the establishment. I have never seen such laziness.
Visiting with 2 for dessert and it was a decent experience. We ordered 2 shakes and waited about 15-20 minutes before pressing the "Big Red Button" asking for an eta - I wasn't in a rush just wondering when my food would arrive. A young black lady came out and was mildly cordial but didn't present a smile. I felt like tipping to cheer her up but I accidentally paid with card. I think all drive through and takeout is suffering this since the worker shortage is still persisting and us Americans want more to go. I'll go here again but with some more patience. As for the shakes my mother got a basic sundae and myself a cheesecake shake. The cheese was too aged and I didn't finish it because it tasted almost rotten. The lasting hope was the whipped cream but that didn't last long. I would not recommend the cheesecake shake to anyone otherwise enjoy!??
1 star because it was necessary to write this review. Burger ordered was a double-received a single. Ordered a Large Oreo Cheescake Mastershake-received one that looked melted..Mastershakes should be thick! They attempted to correct mistakes made, but gave a medium (remember I ordered large) replacement shake that was also thin & runny. I surrender! I give up! Whatever is happening in there needs correction. Dissatisfied & not going back!
Spent 45 minutes in their parking lot tonight trying to get my online order of 2 milkshakes. Drive thru wouldnt help me, demanded I go to stall. App wouldn't open to say I was there. Pushed the red button to talk to someone, it literally reset itself because no one would respond. Pushed it again, finally someone answered. 15 minutes later they bring my 2 milkshakes out. Get home, turns out one was made with the wrong ingredients. Waste of time and money.
Avoid this place if possible. This place has a tendency to overfill the cups. Burgers are tasteless. Half of the stalls are out of order, and all the others will be full. The drive-thru is backed up and blocking several other stalls. They are understaffed, which makes orders take a long time to fill, even the drive-thru.I ordered ahead with the app. Took 35 minutes to receive 2 drinks.
Use the drive through rather than parking in a stall. My stall order has been forgotten 4 times in the last 2 years, and I don't go often. Each time, I've had to go through the drive through, after 20+ minutes of waiting, and remind the staff that I'm still waiting for my paid order to get the food I ordered from the stall.
I am a big Sonic fan but Whiskey Rd. Sonic you need to get your stuff together. Ordered Cherry Limeade and onion rings.I got a Shirley Temple and onion rings with no flavor. Really??? Cherry Limeades are the bomb but come on guys!!!! Going to Richland Ave. next time ?
