The waitress never told us her name, but she was very pushy about the make a wish donation. Said that the kids are dying and that we need to donate, after we had already said no thanks. She spilled my water when she brought it to the table, went to get a napkin to wipe it up, and left the napkin on back of my seat next to my head. Every time we wanted something extra, she was like well that xxx about of dollars. Maam, I didn't ask how much, I said can I have.....she responded by saying she only does that because "doesn't want to hear anybodys mouth when the check comes." It was kind of insulting. On a positive note, the food was fast and delicious.
Endless shrimp ? SOOOOOO gooood .And the staff was so good to us our waiter was wonderful ???
The staff was absolutely phenomenal! From the front of the house to the back of the house. Candice was our server, AMAZING! And whoever her coworker was, FABULOUS! We decided to celebrate some accomplishments tonight, and it was later in the evening when we decided to go out to eat. Not sure if they closed at 9 or 10, but we were one of the last guests to show up shortly before they closed. Now, I have been on the server end of a table showing up 20 minutes before close, but most of the time I welcomed the extra time to get the extra tip at the end of the night. Tonight, we were Candice's 2nd to last table, other than a party of 10. I can genuinely say that she was attentive, but not hovering, and let us enjoy our feast that we indulged on while she tended to her party and her closing duties. Can I just add that the hostess, I didn't catch her name, but she engaged in conversation with my 4 year old daughter and asked her to color a picture of a lobster to go on their "Wall o' Lobster" so everyone could see it. My daughter was so proud and carefully colored her lobster. When she finished, she took it to the young lady, who, just like she promised, hung Wrigley's rainbow lobster at the TOP of the "Wall o' Lobster" for all to admire! I just want to thank the Red Lobster staff on Aiken Mall Rd in Aiken, SC for some of the best service I have had! (I am kind of particular because I was a server for a very long time, so it can be little hard to amaze me!) You guys ROCK! ???
We had 15 people for a surprise 75th birthday party for my brother at Red Lobster. Everything went smooth from booking the party to actually having the party. Travis was our waiter and he is one of the best waiter ever. He was fast and efficient. The food was excellent. Not one complaint. Thanks for assisting making this a wonderful celebration.
Food was pretty good. Our waiter was not attentive at all. We we were without drinks for 30 minutes. He had one other table and he spent most of his time with them. There were only 2 people at the other table. Overall, food was awesome, but customer service was not great at all.
Always a favorite place to take my mother. She loves the coconut shrimp. I was excited to get a lobster roll but found out that they no longer have the. As usual, the cheddar biscuits are sublime!
Great. Customer service great management
Great biscuits and good service
Food side was really good, but my biggest complaint was the ladies bathroom. I had my grandson with me who is 17 months old, and I needed to change his diaper. Went to bathroom and it was like a freezer! Mind you it was 54 degrees outside and we just had snow yesterday. The changing station is arranged on the wall next to the sink in front of the door. Who was the genius who put this here?? No PRIVACY and no space to put his bag to get things out of to clean him with. YOU NEED TO RETHINK where this changing station is and move it to the big stall you have in there. Visit cracker barrel and take notice of their set up for a mother or grandmother who takes care of little ones and make some changes!!
The Shrimp linguine is always delicious. Our waiter Malcolm was awesome. I really enjoyed celebrating my birthday at Red Lobster. Only thing ~~~ the cheddar biscuits weren't quite as tasty as usual.
