My first 2 visits to this Restaurant were Monumental, sadly the third , though waitstaff is beyond comparison, the meals flavoring fell off a bit and many of the items were cold. This is a great restaurant, recommended by many that I know.….Be easy on those weekend nights, some of us ,especially New Yorkers ,Pray for a place that compares to the Style’s we re used to.We’re glad to have you, especially since a trip to NY for the ambiance you provide is unnecessary.Thank you ,because I know this was just an off Night and everyone is entitled to that.Stay Strong in your “Game”Thank You…..

Arrived at 7pm for my wife's birthday, with our daughter and two friends. Sat for moments before the server asked for our drink/appetizer order... which arrived within five minutes... drinks about the same time. I happened to be a VERY fast eater!!! Two of us had an appetizer; our entrees arrived before my salad was half eaten! I checked my watch and it was 20 after 7! The server couldn't wait for any one of us to finish, as our plates just disappeared. In fact, the serve stood over my left shoulder and asked me twice if I was finished... so I was!!! Food was excellent I will say that... but we were in and out in just about an hour... the night cost us between 450 and 500 dollars and the final straw... the server took the last glass of water from one of our guests almost as he took it to his lips!!

Was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. Definitely shouldn't have been. There were 4 of us, each couple had an order of escargot, men both had Filets, we ladies had the veal piccata and the beef stroganoff. The shared salad was fresh and delicious. The entrees were all amazing with only a tad to much saltiness to the piccata. We shared a piece of coconut cream pie for dessert, best coconut cream pie that I have had in quite some time! Cant imagine what transpired during some of this negative reviews, but our dinner was fantastic! Look forward to eating at Prime again in the near future!!!

Very unhappy with our visit. We both are Aiken locals and live here full time. We went in for a nice date night. This was his first time and my second time( 5 years ago I went), and there was plenty of tables and bar space open and we were completely rushed. Our server was very friendly and nice but robotic and impersonal. It was over $230 for 2 people with no appetizers and only 2 glasses of wine. Extremely unsatisfied. I will make sure I make an avid effort to make sure I am not supporting this restaurant. There are so many privately owned restaurants in this area that we go to frequently that are much more worthy of supporting. I have managed and bartended at high end restaurants for over 8 years and that is absolutely not how I would run a steakhouse with prices and “atmosphere” like that.

1st time dining here. It was the wife's birthday and wanted better than longhorns or outback. Staff was very nice, seating OK. It went downhill from there. Wife ordered 8oz filet and I got a 16oz ribeye they are having a special on. For starters both come with bread and salad (a shared bowl like olive garden only 1/4 the size) lettuce, few tomatoes and 3 olives. No choice of dressing as it comes with the house dressing. I hate saying this, but this is the first place Olive Garden would win the salad and bread contest as the bread here could be used as a brick. Our entries also came with sides that you don't get to pick (mashed potato and two onion rings) You do have the option of extra sides that serve two but at $6 to over $10? OK, we did get the Sautéed Mushrooms and I must say this was the best part of the meal. Which when a $7 bowl of mushrooms beats an over $60 steak something is wrong. Really had high hopes for this place but at these prices, I'll drive into Columbia to go Hall's chophouse and gladly pay the gas to get there.

Service is Impeccable and the food to die for. Lobster Mac is literally the best. Margaritas were perfect..Absolutely worth it.

Great food! Staff was amazing. Would be 5 stars except for the music which did not fit the feel of the place and the small dining room offered little privacy.

great food and atmosphere

Pork chop wasn't cooked all the way to middle. Had us by the kitchen so we heard, "corner, hot plate, hot food" shouted all night. Owner was there and very pleasant, came and greeted us. Would definitely suggest not having table by busy kitchen traffic. This was my birthday dinner, so it wasn't as special. Server was mechanical, but served us accordingly. Nothing over above or beyond standard. I'll maybe try again.... Or nah..

The cowboy ribeye was amazing. Everything was wonderful. Salad and bread were delicious.
