First time calling this Pizza Hut since I moved down south. As I write this I have been on hold for 12 plus with no one to check in and see if I was even still there. WORST! Will never call that location again.
I asked for the big dinner box to be put into their own containers so I could fit the left overs in my fridge, which they said they could do; but instead I got the big dinner box itself and had to take a pair of scissors to it to make it fight to my chagrin.
The people who were working last night had awesome attitudes and were by far the friendliest I have ever had at any of the previous locations. The food was prepared as if I had made it. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
The pizzas were good but not what I ordered. Two of the three pizzas were wrong. Also, all three were smushed on one side (sort of heart shaped rather than round). They did handle my complaint very well and refunded one pizza.
Bought 2 pizzas-- bbq chicken was good but got a large supreme (which is what most of the crowd wanted) thin and crispy crust-- crust was raw on the supreme. Had to cook it in a skillet for it to be edible
Please slice pizza throughly. Also it was well done and I didn’t ask for well done Pizza. Customer service was great though.
Not sure what happened to this place, used to be good so I'm giving it an extra star for that and the friendliness. Ordered online about 30 minutes in advance, arrived at drive thru for pick up and had to wait behind a lady who was waiting in front of the entirety of the 25 minutes it took to make her order. Should have told her to wait at the parking lot!!! They were not picking up the phone for 20 mins either so I could tell them. After having to park myself and having to go in with slippers and no bra, the order wasn't even ready, took another 15 minutes to wait. Food was subpar. First time in my life I haven't tipped, but to be honest it's more because I was flustered from the whole thing that I forgot to write it on the receipt. Please, if it's this busy, hire more workers or treat the ones you already have right!!
Not burn our pizzas. We ordered 4 pizzas and 3 of them were burnt. The stuff crust pizza was so overcooked that the cheese in the crust had exploded out. We picked up through drive thru so we did not discover how bad it was until we got home. I attempted to contact the location and no one answered. We live 30 min from town so going back was not an option. Our total was $92 so I would expect our order to be done right. I will not order again. Marcos Pizza for the win!

They need to slow down when preparing customers orders. The Pizza look as if it was just thrown together
