Ordered over the phone and saw the price for my usual was a bit higher when i came in to pick up. I asked about it and if I should use the app instead. He applied the discount and brought it down for me. Antonio is a great manager that cares about his customer's experience and needs.
I ordered delivery and my pizza was delivered with wrong toppings. I tried to call store, but was continually put on hold, so I just filled on the survey they email to you. Corporate contacted me and told me the manager would be in touch. When they checked back in the local manager had not contacted me, and they told me he/she would within the week. I received an email that they had a free pizza for me, but when I replied to inquire how to receive it, I never got a response. I gave them another chance and ordered delivery again. My pizza was again delivered with the wrong toppings - green peppers instead of green olives. I called and was able to speak to someone who told me they'd remake the pizza but it would be about 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. My husband said he'd pick up the pizza and did so. I opened the box, correct toppings, incorrect crust. I didn't bother contacting them and just threw both pizzas away. Don't waste your time with this location if you want to receive what you order, because they just can't be bothered.
Antonio Key and his crew do well every time I go to their establishment, the customer service is wonderful and the food is even better.
My experience was pleasant by how quickly it was ready and my curbside delivery was pleasant

I ordered delivery to my home, less that 1 mile away.. 2 hours later still no pizza!!! I called and the girl said they had no drivers at this time and it would be another 30 mins before it was delivered. I asked "then WHY did not someone call me back about this??" it happened before when there was going to be a delay, and I said no problem we will be there to pick it up when ready. The girl just put the phone down on the counter and all I heard for 15 more mins was what was going on in the store. then a hang up... I got my pizza finally after another 40 mins. it was COLD!! they must have had the pizza made on time and just resting under the heater.. but it was COLD!!! $35 for a cold 3 meat pizza and cinnibons.. plus tip included and I get cold pizza!!! we are not a family who will eat pizza cold.... I made sure my friends on social media heard this story.. I am not going back!
Orderd pizza at 7:50, it didnt come til after 9. Customer service was VERY unprofessional. Placed me on hold in the middle of the conversation,and was on hold for a while like they forgot i was on the phone. Pizza was ok!
I ordered online and got a phone call because they were not able to fulfill my order how it was placed. The store called and informed me that they was out of medium and large pan crust so they would have to substitute my order with what they had; very disappointing
Have my pizza ready on time,not 20 minutes late, and get the toppings right! Also no flavored crust.
The Pizza was fresh and the wait time was not long.
