I have been coming to Pats since they were being Hardee’s. I LOVE Pats. But now this new staff they have are so slow. I know it’s busy and orders are coming in but 45 minutes for 2 subs is crazy. Won’t be back for a while. VERY DISAPPOINTED

From the initial contact to the completion of the Super Sub, this place is hands down one of the best...The only downfall is there is not one in Augusta.....Joking of course, but would be great to see expanding locations

Annoyed with their customer service. They were down to just a few chicken salad containers. I asked for them to make me a 2lb. She asked if I could just get two 1lb. Of course, but then you charge me for the 2 one pounds vs the 2lb container which is cheaper. Also, the lady behind me ended up grabbing up the one pound container and I had to get the even smaller as my third choice. I wanted a 1 1lb and a 2lb. But no…..too occupied to make a container. I wasn’t ordering a sandwich so what’s the time difference??
Ordered Vegetable Beef soup that was not good at all. No beef very little vegetables all broth that was not very good. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon
Says on website partnered with grub hub but now they arent I guess because people can go in and eat now, take your stuff off grub hubs page if your not partnered with them, and i hope the next pandemic grub hub doesnt let yall partner back up cuz you just used the service because no one could leave the house.

Pat's is normally a good place for a sandwich. Today my French Dip had two very thin slices of meat, one very thin slice of cheese and no onions or deli mustard as requested. The au jus tasted like bouillon cubes.
