I got a 3 topping special delivered was $20 and I’m very disappointed. It’s barley any pepperoni which I feel is a rip off. No one told me that if I were to get extra cheese or more then one topping the portions would be lowered. I mean just look at this mess. If their gonna do this mess they should at least warn people first.
Rude staff, every time I’ve gone here they have mistreated me and also said that they don’t deliver where I live because ‘they like to shoot over there’ even though I’ve been living in this neighborhood for a year and have never heard about that before. I also do doordash and they are extremely slow every time I pick up an order, But at least they outpizza the Hut.
My fiancé ordered 2 pizzas. One was just fine the other however was horrible. Ordered extra toppings and it looked like half the normal amount was put on there. And then the garlic sauce they put in was completely opened and soaked on the pizza and got everywhere as it leaked through the box. When I called and spoke to a manager she had an attitude for one and said “it would be a long while before another one would be sent”. So not only did we wait an hour from the original order that was messed up, I spoke to a rude lady who sound like she could care less that her team messed up but didn’t try to make things better just saying “it would be a long while”. Very poor customer service, poor supervision of a team, poor problem solving.

I've never had issues or complaints in all my years from this location or the other on the north side.Recently I ordered from this location a couple of times. There was a decent deal on the bbq bacon papadias for like $6.I swapped out the onions for chicken and the thing was loaded and bulging. Good amount of food for the price vs other menu items.My order has always been ready when I arrived.Food is always hot.Sauces always in the box.
Pizza was a lot better this time. Last time there was barely any cheese or mushrooms on the Pizza. This time it had the right amount of cheese, mushrooms well I like a lot of mushrooms on mine.
I was told that my order would be here in 25-30 minutes. I live 4 mins away and it took over an hour and my food was cold not happy
Its Papa John's. You know what you're getting. It's good from time to time, and this location does the thing they do well.
I order from this Papa Johns at least a couple times a month. My order is always right and it's always hot. This isn't one of those places that's stingy on the toppings. Turn around time on orders is on point and the tracking feature in the app is pretty accurate. Drivers are always polite and friendly.
