I hate to write reviews like this but this particular Panera Bread is the worst I’ve ever been too. I’ve gotten several salads here where the lettuce is way past expired, mushy and brown. I don’t understand why they think it’s okay to throw rotten lettuce into a bowl and serve it like that. They also skimp on the portions every time. For how expensive their food is it's honestly just unacceptable.

I’m currently an employee at this place and I’m so ready to get a new job. I’ve been here for a little over 7 months now and I have to say that this job has been the most mentally unfriendly environment I’ve ever been in. Managers can get away with everything. They’re petty and abuse their power. If you’re not in a certain clique then they talk bad about you, laugh at any mistakes you make, and honestly just try the most to make you feel the worst. Can’t bother telling a manager because they’re either in the clique or won’t do anything about it. This place is really unprofessional. If you’re thinking about applying here, don’t. It’s not worth it.

My wife and I have had issue after issue with the service here. Last time we were told to pull forward to parking space and they would bring it out to us. After waiting 20 + minutes we called to find out they forgot about us. This time we were asked again to pull forward. We said we did not want to and why. The kid with the blue hair had the nerve to say the car behind us had a latte. We finally decided to pull forward. Car after car left the line with their orders fullfilled. Finally a young person brings out the bag, immediately turns and goes back inside. The forks we asked for to eat the salads weren't there. The crust of the sandwich was burnt. We went through drive thru. If we wanted to have to go inside to get what we asked for why have drive thru at all. Lost a loyal local customer.

They were out of the firsy5 items I wanted to order

More emphasis needs to be placed on the accuracy of the order (are the customizationscorrect), the quality of the order (not serving burned wraps or giving customers less than a full serving), and customer service. The food costs too much for those 3 essential factors not to be right.

The staff is so rude. The cashier would not let us get a word in at the drive through. We had to tell her 3 times we were not done ordering. The third time we said it, she got a nasty attitude. If I wanted this type of service I would just go to McDonald's. On top of the poor service, my salad had whole rings of onion that were almost an inch thick. I love onions, but that was way too much for even me. I have been coming to this location for years, but this will be my last visit

The food is tasty and good. A bit disappointed this morning since they're out of spinach and the flat bagels for my sandwich. Also the portion of soup is small whether you get the bowl or the cup (the cup is a better deal for the dollar). Two ladles to a cup & three ladles to a bowl, the math is simple.Edit:I've added one more star because on a recent stop we were informed that the baker comes in and bakes everything fresh daily overnight. As opposed to the donut place that trucks it in from factory warehouse within the region. The other part of it was some honesty that the flat bagel used for the sandwich I get was not available that day because the baker had made them all too miniature.

always have loved their broccoli cheddar soup! my order is always served to me in a quick manner of time and is always right with great customer service! always have the greatest people at the drive thru who are usually tip- worthy!

Love the food, service was good; but tables was not clean or wipe down for customers. Have to wipe table and seat off myself for me and my husband. Employees needs to be trained on cleaning techniques and ethics.

Yummy food! I'm happy that there are some healthier fast food options in aiken! I really love their salads, and it's a great place to grab food for my son on the go. Wait time isn't too bad, and the staff is typically pretty nice. A bit on the pricy side depending on what you get, but it's worth it to not eat junk when you're on a time crunch.
