This location is easy to find on a main road and has ample parking. I was greeted promptly and seated. The restaurant was clean but the antiseptic spray left a sticky residue on the table top that was noted by several patrons. My server was excellent with the correct amount of attention and good eye contact. The steak was likely one of the best I have ever been served. I strongly recommend this establishment.
The food is generally pretty good. Portions are generous. Prices are reasonable. Staff are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu.Salads are fresh and flavorful. The soups and sandwiches are just on the high side of okay. Avoid the mac and cheese.Overall it's not bad.
The service was fine, but the food is not very good. The potato soup was literally just cheese whiz. If you are looking for something good to eat, I would suggest another option. O'Charley's still has not reclaimed the quality it once had.
Waited 45 minutes for our food and when it came out our waitress said be careful because the plate is hot. Not only was the plate not hot but our food was cold cheese was nasty because the burger sat for so long. They don’t clean inside is nasty. Our waitress didn’t come check on us or see if we needed drinks. Me and my wife never ate at one before so we figured we would try. Never again. And for the owner or manager no need to apologize because I’ve seen you do it on others. Instead fix the problem clean your establishment up . Train your employees. My wife was a server for 14 yrs in a busy restaurant and this by far was the most horrible service ever in the history of waitressing .this establishment wasn’t even busy enough for our food to sit in the window for 45 minutes. My wife couldn’t even eat her food I couldn’t eat my fries and my son had chicken strips one was chicken and one was only bread. Burnt bread at that worst experience ever we will not be going back. I don’t even know how this place has the letter A on the door it’s so dirty inside because no one cleans. I don’t recommend going here.
So, this is how I received my blackberry pie...a mess! The Mac and cheese had no cheese. It's just the mac. my Sis-in-law didn't even get her french silk pie? don't know what happened today 3.10.22??♀️
Tonight being St. Patrick's Day we expected to have a wait time but we were seated right away. Our waitress was in training and did a wonderful job. The food was very good ?
Terrible terrible foodMy spouse and I order doodle do and herb salmon from off door dash app. Issue 1 my fish arrived soggy lukewarm no seasoning at all not even salt very very very bland. I didn’t even receive the tartar sauce nor the honey mustard sauce. My spouse enjoyed the salmon but he opt for his side to be extra rice again we didn’t receive. The rice that came with the salmon for not enough for a toddler. Last I checked rice cost isn’t the huge. The door dash will not post true experience which perhaps can help the restaurant. I donot recommend this restaurant perhaps it’s better if you go into store but I is to be seen.
Slow service. Steak way over cooked. Salad did not arrive until after meal. Salad was GROSS and not edible. Very disappointing!
Just left the most disappointing meal! O'Charley's has changed everything that made me want to go there. The soup was the main reason we went. We all ordered the loaded potato soup. So bad! It was as thin as water, had almost no potatoes, and almost no cheese or bacon on it. My husband had beer that was warm, steak and fries that were cold and macaroni and cheese that tasted like absolutely nothing. The chicken tenders were still good but that didn't make up for the rest. We were all so sad but then the check came. Then I was angry! $80 for 3 people and most of the meal in the trash!
Great place, great food. Will definitely be back.Let me say something about the guy who took my order tonight. His name was AJ. With my schedule and traveling around, I go out to eat more than I should. But every single place Ive been to has lacked the energy this guy had. The happiness in his voice is infectious and the way he talked to people made you feel like you've known the guy for years. Not like you normally get at a restaurant.Keep him around and give that man a raise.
